My party is from the ordo heracis so they only deal with chaosy stuff.

correction: Ordo heracis can take care with Genestealers aswell... they are just not as specialized about it. BUT they could if such a occassion arose.

Hi, the idea is good but to give you some help maybe can you tell me witch level are your players because some plot are Deadly with a beginers team.
You could always make your group be declared heretic by an Inquisitor:
1/ It is their inquisitor and let them escape and all in all it is a big trick to catch a bigger fish. The inquisitorial cadre is going to join the underground and try to find the cult, xenos... to stalk the heart of the city/planet/sector
/It is an other inquisitor plotting against their master and trying to make him fall trough their deeds once excomunicate and tracked down.
