The only real advantage the Chain Choppa has is that the Ghost Choppa exists. 40% lifesteal is enough to actually matter, and can work well on a Slugga. Stormboyz should stick with a regular, silent Choppa or go whole hog and take a Klaw, depending on how you like to play.
