True, it's with war on the mind. If we have war now; i want to avoid the populace going batshit crazy flagellant like. While if we give the go to our Chaplain, they might be organised in a militia for us; help put up defenses and fight more steadfast in the name of the Emperor. Loosely put; either they defend themselves or run amok; or we organise them to be our cannon-fodder.
Or we just fight brave and tactical to make it look as if it had been an easy fight to strengthen their believe in our capabilities, we can organize them also without a chapel. Do not forget we have a fortress world so we should have no trouble to defend our world.
Well either way we had like 6 other people voting for our homeworld/preferred enemy waiting on them hoping they'll place there input.
The Chaplian asks to much, a temple would be nice but we cannot afford such things from just the funds we have. I want our Chaplin to train some of the normal people of the planet personally to be priests and give them glorious holy symbols to wear. I am willing to give him 50 requ for this task. It wont help as much as a temple but holy men blessed by one of the god Emperors chosen should be able to increase our peoples faith and possibly still some more support from our planets official government. I also say to give the Scout Captian what he asks for 25 requ well spent. I also wish to tell the Techmarine he is to begin the building of the Manufactorum and try to get at least a small amount of munitions output with what they can build with 150 requ. Then save the last 100 for a rainy day and with any luck next years spending.
