Numbers are estimates on what could work, of course some balancing of said numbers will be required. Concept: Waaaagh is triggered for 2 minutes when Orks gains a collective 2000 points Waaaagh is triggered for 2 minutes when Orks have a collective 1000 points less than other team Collective points tally resets after Waaaagh minutes are complete (So, points during Waaaagh don't count) The above concept provides the opportunity for Orks to Waaaagh in the middle of a match and more than once. A good Ork team is less likely to Waaaagh because the point count is harder to reach and they don't really need it. A bad Ork team is more likely to Waaaagh to assist said team. I'd not do it as a point thing, that'd be a pain and half to manage from both sides of the fence, that said, it does need tuning if it's to remain as it is now, too many lolz at the score screen when Orks Wagghh too late to matter, as they've lost by that point. But as Dread noted, once they get to Warlords, I'd prefer they be able to trigger it, however if not triggered, it defaults to something similar to now.
I have a question about the WAAAGH. Why exactly do Orks get this? They're not giving anything up to have this very strong bonus in a long match, and they already have faster vehicle respawns for faster redeployment. Why don't other factions get something similar?
Orks have no respawn timer. Walk/sprint speed increase. Orks have no downed state, always instant killed.
According to patch notes no they do not get any damage or health buffs. The purpose of waaagh is to give the illusion of a horde.
I think waaagh system should not give istant drop since orks are not more a F2p faction and devs are trying to balance it with other factions, also the istant death thing is more an advantage then an issue since this means no executions from enemies and istant redeploy, i think that the WAAAAGH should start after a tot of enemies downed and should consist in the speed buff (as it is now) and melee dmg buff and range precision debuff (i don't think an ork during a WAAAAAGH stands to aim with calm).
