I can pretty well guarantee all of you Nathan doesn't give a flying feck what anyone thinks of him or says about him. At least the negative stuff. He's in a position of being publically scrutinized at all times. You can tell this every time he's on twitch. He blatantly points out dumb comments and this twitch said "this is the quality of the questions we have to work with" when it came to power fists. I mean honestly people expect rainbows and butterflies when they give them crap to work with. As a business owner myself, I'm telling you all these twitch updates are more than most business owners or execs are expected to do. The only people execs/devs are truly accountable to are owners and investors. The fact they put themselves up to be publically crucified by the masses shows their willingness to give a crap enough to say something to us, even if they know it won't be accepted by many. I've played many games where the Dev team is silent and never explain anything to anyone (which is like 90 percent of devs). Yeah they seem socially awkward and out of sync sometimes, but who cares. As long as they are working hard to bring balance to the game first, then focus on huge content releases, I'm happy. Who cares about getting huge and massive campaigns and content if it's riddled with bugs and fixes that haven't been addressed? But what do I know. According to many, probably nothing.
They seem like decent enough people. Subjectively, I think them terrible at their jobs, because shit is laggy, and the development is slow, and I sometimes don't like things they do (so it's bad, and the devs suck, and I'm cutting myself). But as people BHVR stuff seems okay enough. I mean, I'd play with Brent some Planetside 2. His driving amuses me. Therefore, I think common decency should apply. It's not like they burst in into my home and violated my every cavity by not making a good enough video game that I myself bought on an impulse. So, you'll be back for Season 7 or what?
He does it because he clearly finds it utterly hilarious. He's got a pretty warped sense of humour (i.e. a great one).
Aye, I'm not arguing their character as people, but as game developers they have done a consistently terrible job.
As a cheese enthusiast i strongly disagree with that statement. They have delivered us an amazing amount of that stuff. Eh, just the eldar's serpent has pulled more cheese in 2016 than France, Swiss and Wisconsin pulled together. It's maybe not the best video game dev studio ever but good Nurgle, what a dairy, what an amazing dairy.
