Little things like suddenly realising you've been kicked from a squad after an intense combat or that the useless Squad Leader not putting up capture markers is now you. An on screen notification of who is leaving/joining/leading your squad would be nice for intense firefights.
That would be annoying as I know people (least in my experience) for lsm at least frequently join or leave squads. The squad leader is now x msg might be nice tho
