I agree, as iconic as DC are, it's not really fitting to the fluff for DC to be the hero class (if there is only one) Sang guard would surely be it.

what i would like is you buy the game you can choose blood angel this is a standard blood angel marine with customisation options,a few diferant armour and styles a few pauldrons to choose from. you can customise away but to a level of just a blood angel marine..
in adition id like to see a dlc of .. vanguard vets, death company sanguinary guard . these dlc's give you extra armour variants pauldron options,weapons wings death masks ?
you could use 1 or more of these dlc to mix and match giving a massive range of customisation.

also its been said that this game is not pay to win so by getting death company/sang guard dlc it would not increase your abilitys or strengthen you, its just pay extra money to look extra cool.

I assume most armour customisation will already available and you don't need it to be dlc, especially for obvious stuff like Sanguinary Guard options...

i volunteer for Sanguinary Priest role, but I may be leaning some to Assault marine (Sanguinary Guard someday....)
