Yeah, the Adeptus powers were all kinds of awesome. Playing golf with space marine characters and Iron hand, was it? The one where you give them a knock several inches in a direction chosen by you. The amount of space marines my genestealer cult sent over cliffs was huge. There again... My cult did that a lot. I remember two tactical Maine's struggling to the top of the old cardboard and plastic bulkheads, imperial bastion. Then a brood brother shot them with a shotgun and scatter shot, both went sailing backwards over the edge and died. The only two marines I killed all game. But it was worth it.
Wasn't there another old 40k movie kicking about relating to Necromundia? Or is that just my faulty memory?
Hmm, I wonder if we'll get any new Warhammer 40K movies in the future. I know I would certainly back it up and go see it.
Battlefleet Gothic Armada's cutscenes are nice. Ultramarines wasn't anything great as a proper movie. So...The Lord Inquisitor (whenever becomes a full movie) is the one I'm waiting for. Unless you mean with live actors.
There's this one in the making (and it looks fucking awesome): View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cZc6cr6G2E4 View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JjaYW5Cnr5k
Aaaaaaaaahhh!!! "Final Liberation" had great movies... Ork from intro was just best ork I have ever seen in any later game video... Perhaps one day someone will bring this title back. My first turn based strategic game played ever.
