You throw Daemons against them, because Daemons even if they kill Tyranids, they gain nothing from it. Whereas Tyranids adapt to Daemon-stuff, and become stronger and stronger against them. Also they tend to avoid Necron Tomb Worlds.
How does one adapt to raw change, carnage incarnate, a galactic soul sucking hunger and the manifestation of death? This is of course referring to the T v Daemons.
