OOC just like the old times aahhhhh yeaaaaa also, maybe its just me, but going through the new rules it would be kinda bad to do All out attack since if there is no initiative, you'll always end up getting wounded (if they score a hit and they will ). As he entered this new arena paired with a lowly mon'keigh, Drach took a moment to analyze their opponents. Both of them didn't look fresh, as if they just walked out of their graves or something. Dismissing the thought as irrelevant, the Dark Eldar charged the smaller human, him apparently being unarmed wasn't about to fool the Incubus so as he struck twice, once in the shoulder and second in the stomach, he stayed on his feet expecting some sort of a hidden blow coming at him. OOC Attack-focused on Krauz. One attack on shoulder, other on stomach and last one for def. Revenge is nigh!
Team 7 - Yasmilina @Uriel1339 | Darting forward as soon as the fight started, dismissing her 'ally' as useless, Yasmilina flicked her razorflails into their flexible mode and lunged for the Aspect Warrior, determined to prove her superiority over the Craftworlder. [OOC: All-out Attack against Zontaran-Kyalis] Team 4 - Porthos @BadDo9 | Surveying the field of battle Porthos glanced at the Astartes on the opposing team. He appeared free of the taint of Chaos and maybe an accord could be reached. Neither of the eldar were not to be trusted though and so the Raven Guard set his sights on the spear-wielding eldar, opening fire with a bolt pistol and keeping the other in reserve. -Slagface- Finally someone who wanted too actually fight him. Seeing the 'ummie rushing toward him put a grin on his face. Finally a fight worth fighting. He was readying himself up. But then suddenly the git dashed away and went to fight the other 'ummie. His face started to twist and contort into anger. Was he being ignored?! He had to fight sleep 'ummies and 'ummies that didn't want to fight him. He was getting sick of this whole zoggin place. He wanted out. No one knew how to fight properly! He dashed toward the git that started to ignore him. With a "WAAAAAAGH!" he started shooting out his Shotty toward the coward and closed the distance for his power Klaw. "Fight me al'redee you daft git!" he shouted over the flurry of shots. (All out attack on Drake (@Valonox ) 1 handed weapons) -Skud- Nobody has informed Skud as too what exactly was happening right now. And it didn't look like anyone was going too either. He was tossed into another area without even a mission or a command, or a thought in his head. He looked around. It looked similar to before with that mean lady that hurt Skud last time. Skud didn't like it when he got hurt. But it looked like there was more people wanting to hurt him. And seeing some other lady charge toward his general direction reminded him of the mean lady that hurt him before. "Uhh, ummm" he groaned, his lack of knowledge at the matter at hand clearly coming through, "Why Skud here? What Skud doing? What Skud do?" He didn't know what too do. He just prepared himself and fired a few rounds from his Ripper Gun. Hopefully having the lady stop charging toward his direction. Skud wasn't good at split second decisions. Or decisions. Kyrana glanced across as the Archon read out to the crowd. Another fool fond of the sound of his own voice, no doubt. Still - she looked again - not a bad-looking fool, though with his new bride in tow there was not likely to be any fun to be had from that fact. And she already looked bored, so perhaps Kyrana wasn't the only bored female around him right now. Used to be one could at least see some decently-attractive male Wyches in an arena such as this ...
Inarius went with the words of his partner and focused on the Ork. It mattered little who he would attack, he just knew that they would be destroyed. He took his Crozius in hand and charged the large Ork. He ignored defence completely as he used his Seal of Office to attempt to in the Ork. OOC all out attack with Crozius on Ork.
<Theta-Xi> Seeing that the Wych was attacking the other Eldar, Theta-Xi 4 started to advance upon the Ogyrn to start his part in trying to secure a victory. He cautiously probed the Ogyrn's defences with a few quick strikes, but remained watchful for any blows that the Abhuman might bring to bear upon the Skitarii. If only he had a better weapon that his Power Rapiar which didn't involve getting so close to the enemy. OOC: Defence-Focused Attack on Skud <Orevara> With Mon'keigh fighting another Aspect Warrior, Orevara had the other mon'keigh to fight so she let loose her Las-SMG towards the melee person while she keep her distance, Power Sword at the ready to parry any blows that the Mon'keigh might direct towards her. It pained her to see one of her kin on the other team but she just hoped that one of them, wheather it was her, the Blazing Sun or the other Aspect Warrior that her ally was fighting, made it out of this Arena. Worst case she and her 'ally' survive and they hope to never again meet on the face of battle. Quite predictably the enemies went for each other on the opposing team went for each other. Disallowing herself from harming her kin, she charged the Black (grey?) Astartes, doing her best to dodge the artless display of gunmanship despite the impossibility of stopping every shot. Once she got close enough her first slash would go towards the side of his gut, and then another strike would go for an arm as she spun about. Boring. Treachery was something that Dark Eldar were used to, but to see that in the Arenas? When a champion was picked by the host's bride who in return picked someone to fight along his side? This was truly worthy of one helluva story, a poem, an epic, a drama to be performed by Harlequins! The Ork that had the tournament in his klaw, only to get it all taken away by his presumably partner... Due to their affinity of green. The Ork charged forwards to meet the incoming Chaplain heads-on as the bloody warrior he was as a greenskin! In a swift movement of the oversized creature he evaded the Deathwatch Astartes and kicked him to the side, aiming then his Powah Klaw to take the defenseless Astartes apart. However... Temvero jumped into the way and held his flaming blade against it which simply got slammed to the side before shooting the filthy green-armored traitor in the face. It penetrated his helmet quite a bit and deformed the headgear. However, Temvero delivered an uppercut into the Meganob's jaw, it cracked loud enough for the first row of spectators to hear it with their mere ears. And before the Ork even could react, a Crozius Arcanum was slammed into him a multitude of times, having been dazed by the uppercut he completely became victim to the brutal Lord of Destruction... Seeing the display, the Archon simply chatted about the future of the surviving Astartes with his bride. More interesting. But not in the favor of the 'home team'. Zontaran the Blazing Sun charged his weapon while seeing the Wych coming his way, he knew the weapon would take longer than her running at him. The Razorflails came down on him and smashed into him, through him, causing blood to spill out of all sort of new gaps in his armor as he could do nothing but take the damage, until finally there was a moment of opportunity as the Ogryn bashed the Wych from the side. Being so focused on the Aspect Warrior, she did not see the Ogryn burst into a sprint and cause her to land on her back, with a full-loaded Sunray Cannon hovering right above her, held by Zontaran the Aspect Warrior. "That is the difference between a Dark Eldar, and an Aspect Warrior. We have the patience to wait for the perfect strike, whereas you fight with blind eagerness to prove yourselves, may you find peace wherever you are going." As the last word was spoken, the cannon unleashed it's super-heat from less than a foot distance targeted at the upper half of Yasmilina, disintegrating her head and upper torso, while leaving a massive crater in the arena, some of the sand even turning into glass from the super-heat of the plasma. Theta-Xi 4, the one armed bandit, ram his power-rapier that somehow regained it's power-field into the Ogryn. From the distance it would be hard to tell who he was, but with a look of her opera-zoom-device, she could recognize that it was a recent champion of the arenas, just last season he won the Male-Wych tournament. Going by the name Zerox, prior to the tournament only called 'Zero', as he started every opponent he bested to leave an 'X' across their chest, letting them bleed to death, while dancing around them and when they were the weakest to rip their very heart out and take a bite out of it, because it tastes like Kroot. As he said in a follow-up interview. ~~ VIP Lounge ~~ @Casavay "As I said.... The Salamander would win over your champion. What do you say to that, dear? Surely we cannot let a team of three Astartes continue, what should we do, what should we do? Perhaps have them fight in a 1-1-1, and the two last standing Astartes move on to the Semi-Finals? Surely just shocking him in punishment to death would be boring, yes? On the other hand, we could just shock him unconscious for the half-time show, I am sure we can find volunteers to show the contestants how it's done proper. I heard that even Kyrana watches today.
