Just a thought occured to me, since Space Marine now have grav technology which changed the shape of battles quite a bit with this recent update I wonder about Eldar Anti gravitation grenades.

Maybe they could be restricted only to certain classes and as for the mechanic it could give the enemy a little 'bump' relocating him a good few meters.This would allow Eldar to get their enemy a bit out of cover or out of the advantage position and expose him to our shurikens.

Or maybe there would be a different mechanic to it that would be acceptable in terms of balance?

Warp spider grenade. Doubt GW would approve us getting them.

I'm pretty sure it was already mentioned that the anti-gravity weapons where to be strictly a LSM weapon ability for them as a unique weapon.
I personally like your idea and the anti-grav weapons always seemed more of an Eldar type of thing...but hey, I didnt write the lore

They could make it a veteran utility only and maybe only for certain classes or exarch if it comes.

I'm afraid they are not in the codex for warp spiders or any unit, they are a unique feature of Dawn of Warand a modification of the flexibility of warpsiders, similar to how spiders had haywire grenades which are hawk exclusives.
