Rhinos are close topped, and the elder wave serpent is also close topped. This puts the trukk at a unique position, being the only one that is open topped. One thing I think would be neat is if instead of having a weapon mounted on top, the passengers of a trukk could shoot out the side or top of it. Thoughts?
More shooting is better shooting Ork Translation: WE NEEDZ MORE DAKKA Real Idea- Would be a great way to make Orkz asymetric by allowing the orkz riding to shoot from inside, maybe at less accuracy if there can be 10 orkz in the trukk. Maybe even let the orkz riding inside get hit from enemy fire. I hope when the bikes make it in that the person driving the bike gets the mounted shootas, and a single passanger on the back can shoot their own gun.
I would rather have a gun on top and the side guns are just the boyz inside the trukk shooting and throwing grenades out........ A ork could dream.
I remember the devs on a stream talking about how they wanted orks hanging off the trukk mad max style shooting. This was awhile ago but if the technology is there they want to see it happen as much as you.
Actually Rhinos have a top hatch where up to two marines can shoot out (according to TT rules). So I am curious to know if that feature will be include in future. And it would place the Rhino in between the fully open topped trukk of Orks and the closed Wave Serpent.

Might want to post this in the Orks area till Orks are in. For now it looks like Orks might be the last race released. No harm in posting ideas cause without being ingame there is no issues/NDA breach but without them being in currently there is little point in posting it here as this should be reserved for current ingame issues.
Well yeah since they are more of a neglected race in terms of games this can only be expected. Saw this BS coming miles away The fact that they suggest we just drop ork ideas makes me rather pissed actually.
