"Oh look, we got a smart one over here." Blizzard Wolf whispered to Aosidhe, before addressing the Royal General. "Any knowledge you have will help. Let us just say we are.... Special individuals who can actually hunt the things that cause all the mayhem. Point us in the direction where the prince may be and we get your prince back." He gave the fellow man a thumbs-up - already having forgotten that gesture may not exist in this period just yet.

"I understand that sentiment Mortal, however if you are going to that hovel.... I would have to stay out of sight, as it wouldn't look good for you if I was in plain view of everyone else." Ternix said, hoping the paladin would understand the implied 'Please don't make me have to act in front of everyone else' as that would make any demon-claims around them..... fall somewhat flat. And embarrassing herself in front of the NPCs, Persy and Wolfgang would likely mean she'd never hear the end of it.

Aosidhe nodded, seeing no point in continuing the act even if she had never claimed to be his fiancée. "Please, do share. The prince's wellbeing is in our organisation's general interest. As is the survivial of the kingdom. And while my protector may not look the part" - she leaned into Wolf - "he is a powerful warrior."

Kinn looked between Aosidhe and Wolf, his eyes narrowed as he took in the words of these two outsiders. He took special note of Wolf's gesture. Could be some kind of symbol unique to their cult. Thankfully, this cult didn't seem to be anything malicious. At least at this point. As such there was no reason to suspect them of conspiring against the crown... yet.

"Your help would be much appreciated. At the moment, I am awaiting a Paladin of the Blazing Crown. We are comparing any and all information we have. As we wait, have you happened to meet the soldier I sent here? Corporal Urin?"

**CURRENT POSITION - ROAD TO TILNOR**

The Paladin glares at Ternix and mumbles a small spell under her breath, a band of heatless white fire connects her right wrist to the 'demon's' left, about a five foot length. "Thou must thinkest me a fool, to think I would allow thee to move unguarded." she said with a slight growl in her voice. "Until thou provest thineself, you shall be under mine gaze." She began to walk back towards Baivur, tugging Ternix along.

About ten minutes later, Kinn would look down the road, he, Wolf and Aosidhe would be able to see a female in gold-trimmed, white armor walking towards them, pulling Ternix along. The Royal Guard commander smiled and gave a short wave as they approached. "Hail, Aleena!"

This was met with a slight scowl from the Paladin, somewhat disgusted at being so near a demon. "Hail, Noble Kinn. I hast waylaid this demon, and it doth claim to be able to help in our quest." she said, contempt barely hidden in her voice.

This made the Commander blink and look over the sci-fi armored player. "A demon? How interesting. I have a pair of cultists here who say they can do the same." he gestured over to Wolf and Aosidhe.

Aleena shook her head. "Truly, the prince must be entwined in the strands of destiny to be so important to so many."​

Being lead back to the same village that she had just left with a fiery handcuff around her left wrist..... Well Alicia found that to be quite embarrassing and she was fairly sure that she wasn't going to hear the end of this from Persey and Wolfy when this mission ended.
Suffering from the embarrassment of it all, Ternix stood as far away from the Paladin, apparently called "Aleena", as the handcuffs would let her, as if she could not stand to be near the holy woman but when Aleena mentioned the importance of the prince, the self-proclaimed demon said with a voice dripping with sarcasm "Oh, congratulations Mortal, had a vision of the obvious? I'm sure that your deity had to be feeling especially generous in order to grant you that gift, so can you avoid wasting it on trivial observations?"

The paladin, Aleena, glares over at Ternix. The handcuff glows brightly, searing her wrist and sending a slight burning pain through her body. "Silence, foul demon! Thou art lucky I don't cut thee down for thine insolence!" She growled darkly. "Thou art here to proffer information for a chance to assist the realm in finding the prince. Yet if thou insists on spouting your sacrilegious words, I shall be more than happy to banish thee here and now." as she said that, her hand was on the hilt of her sword for emphasis.​

"I did warn her", murmurs the healer to Wolf, watching the 'demoness' get dragged along.

She did take offense at being labelled a cultist, but since that was better than 'demon', she'd accepted it quickly. "Let us just say the prince is of monumental importance. Allow the demon to say her piece, then, so we may get onward with our mission."

"Cease this course of action Mortal!" Ternix yelped from the burning pain, before calming down a bit and said "If you desire my silence, I shall keep it...." She was eager to avoid falling victim to a stupid death because she'd been antagonising a Paladin for the heck of it, even if dying for the character meant just having to wait until she could be rezzed.
