Once the 3 combat flaws 1 trait is accepted, or if players prefer a simple "initiate" flaw, then you can draft the first one up.

Well before I do that gotta know da heck which covenant we go on. Just like a chapter it is a big role in the character's development and past.

Not to forget that if we go with the custom black hand stuff (what I don't hope) I may end up writing the entire background for them @.@ (Since I seem to be the most creative mind if it comes to creating entire sub-factions)

The reaction when poor old Hyttinen is not even asked if he's creative in creating stories for factions :( *Extremely sad reaction*

Just saying from what I can judge. You are a creative mind but I doubt you can deliver something and I also have high doubts in using 'Black Hand' actually because everyone just thinks 'Command & Conquer' except those which may not know it (Taec)

Oh but that is exactly why I suggested it, hue.. hue. And someone doubting my skill in delivering?! Perkele, that is all I can say without becoming a swearing bastard.

It already is swearing. And well you certainly can attempt doing it *shrug* perhaps you do a better job than I do, most likely due to my inexperience in the Sororitas.

EDIT: Though there is a good reason why I wanted an already existing covenant....

Perkele a swear word? My dear friend, you apparently have not visited northern Finland many a time have you? Perkele is more or less an everyday word up here. The way it is seen depends on the speaker's tone, for example; That Perkele of mine could be seen as a shrug of sorts, or *I can't believe it* reaction.
