Lazarus jumped off the lander after it landed with his psyker assistant in tow he looked around with several guardsmen and a storm trooper. As everything was being set up and the perimeter being secured he looked to his Fyre his assistant. "Alright Fyre I need to ask you this since we landed can you sense any sign or touch of chaos or xenos upon this world?" Lazarus looked to Fyre as she stopped for a moment and closed her eyes in a attempt to sense what life was on this world.
Fyre sensed nothing in the ways of chaos but she does get some recollection of the life on this world. It had grown strange and large due to the planet's high oxygen and low gravity though one could easily have figured that out by looking to the distance and see the herds of massive tripodal creatures with what looked like massive thorns on their backs. Life on this world seemed to have evolved separately from other life in the galaxy these creatures were truly alien and that made them dangerous in the extreme. The last member of the survey team is literally kicked out of the dropship by a thallax ordered to ensure every survey team got off so the construction crews could have enough room to move the building supplies. with all members present a modified taurus and a salamander scout tank are brought out of the lower vehicle bay and brought over to the team. The driver of the salamander who appeared to be receiving orders from a head set over his ears got out and greeted the team. "Alright I trust at least two of you who knows how to drive the taurus. The salamander is for the Inquisitor's body guards and the thallax seeing as how I doubt they could fit in the Taurus even with the modifications give to it. Now your orders of course are to head west towards the Purple sea we saw from orbit it should be around a one days drive from here and you can stay over as long as you like provided you maintain vox contact with the ship. Good luck and watch out for the beasts around here some of our spotters on the ship have stated that they are pretty damn big." He walked away back to the ship probably to fulfill more orders being given to him. The last member of the survey team quickly got into the salamander without saying a word to anyone and oversaw the engine and ammunition. Law got into the driver's seat. "Alright lords and ladies. Lets get moving as ordered." He carefully stored his rifle in a slot for it in the Taurus. Fyre looked to Lazarus. "Haven't detected any taint of chaos upon this world, Just some xeno animals that maybe here. Nothing that seems to dangerous." Fyre said looking to the inquisitor before getting aboard the Taurus. Lazarus breathed a sigh of relief, But kept himself still alert as he boarded the Taurus, and looked to the team they had, It would be a interesting journey to find this possible STC, and even he wondered how they would find clues to find to this device. He got in near one of the back seats in the middle.
