I'll be finishing up majority of the materials before the end of next week as this is something I wanted to do but only just started two days ago. The story itself I did over my deployment working on it hour by hour for maybe a total of seven as a short story. If you look out the available document that has the manifest, majority of the tabs are either unfinished or not yet started as since my return I don't have large periods of unbroken time with having to catch up on stuff so I work on it an hour at a time during non peak hours. Even with that, it's mostly done for what is needed to start it. My next task is finishing the Imperial Navy class charts fully and proclaiming skills/traits and their associative bonuses.
I've noticed, just looking for a bit of clarification so that when the time comes I'll be able to build the char sheet.

Document link pending. Additional Character Classes have been added but is still a work in progress. I also would like to voice my interest toward this. How stat dependent will this be? Have not been in many stat based ones, you see. As I said, I am interested. Will think of a character once I've gotten some sleep and maybe some coffee.
The stats are a general basis of what the player should base their own success off of in non hero related combat. It's mostly as a leash to prevent a regular trooper controlled by a PC going all Leroy Jenkins on a horde of Chaos Space Marines. The stats are also there to base off the NPC characters that will be in the game since I will tell you all this....casualty rates will be high, do not expect to survive on one character for very long if you attempt to do something heroic. Heroics WILL get you killed or crippled (which is somewhat of a free way to get augmetics). All players will be starting in the Second Tier of each Faction so you have access to the four to three main classes. People who want to start with Tier One classes are welcome to but just know that you are handicapping yourself and in this roleplay....handicaps will kill you. For anyone who was in the Nurgle Dead Roleplay, expect characters to die twice as fast as that in some cases. If you want to try and make your main character survive: fight tactically, conserve your ammunition, know when to retreat and when to fight. know that in some cases it is better to retreat to fight another day, non PCs are highly expendable. The picture will become clearer by next friday when I post the next phase after the prologue which will take place two weeks after the prologue. Much will be different upon the Inquisitors return, and he will be looking for a new team to help him in his now personal quest to rid the Imperium of the tumor that is Marriad. For those of you who do not know who Marriad is in the lore, this is a somewhat fictional base from lore as he was a Death Guard Apothecary when Mortarians fleet was waylaid in the Immaterium and sworn to the service of Nurgle. A once valiant loyalist attempting to save his Chapter, Marriad freely sold his soul to Nurgle and became one of the first true Plague Marines. Not much is known of his whereabouts post battle of Terra which is where this vessel comes into play Edit: To give a more time point related aspect of the events in the prologue and what happened during certain time lapses, an outline will be posted soonish (still working out a kink or two) Character Sheet finished for people to have an idea of what the overall class build structure will look like. Alright, so, because I'm planning to be a HWS, I have a dilemma. Do I take the M37 Pattern Multilaser or the Godwyn Pattern Heavy Bolter? I find choices really hard. Remember to read the first page of the thread, I've asked some of those questions.
The Multilaser isn't really an infantry portable weapon, it's actually designed to mounted on vehicles though a crew portable one can be used it's just very rare to see it that way. Most likely you would want to use the Heavy Bolter since that is the more trademark variant for heavy weapon specialists. Look through the Manifest to find a Tier II Class that you like that is from the IN, IG, or Adeptus Arbites and fill out a character sheet. The links are on the first post to this thread, if you need any help finding additional information or have questions that haven't been raised yet, feel free to ask them. As a general headsup, the RP will most likely be pushed back to this coming Sunday for launch since I was invited to a veterans homecoming party on Saturday and most likely won't have time to start it then.
