Nothing that major, I was curious on the following option.

Keep RMB the same.

Make D bash into a Bash, performed almost as quickly as RMB. Add a red indicator with a tracer. It outright counters a RMB at every stage of the attack and delivers a stagger, not a stun, allowing a player to make the call as to which attack they want to attempt to deliver instead.

Power attack has a wind up period, its window is shorter than Dbash currently and should remain immune to bash - retaining its ability to counter it.

Thoughts?

I don't know if I like the idea of an RPS system with 2/3 choices being light attack animation speed.

It's already hard enough to really try and react to the animations as it is, most of the time I just go with my gut on what "patterns" are more likely to come from certain classes/weapon types rather than actually trying to see what they're about to throw at me.

Although I am up for all and any suggestions that might end up fixing the current meta for us (mazochistic fucks) that still play as tacticals I dont see this working because:
A) knife durability is slightly higher than a silicone dildo
B) nine out of ten nowadays spam heavy attacks which (again with the dildo durability knives) tactical (and all non melee orientated loadouts) cant counter...

At least people are still coming to the forums posting ideas about the subject... which is good... bad thing is nothing is being done (that we know of anyways)...

Voted yes. But I'd prefer a dbash as fast as a heavy attack and not a fast attack. (Because bash would just replace fast attack in this case)

Basically anything at this point would generally be better.
I'd prefer a parry, but having a simple bash to go along side would also be good, give multiple options for defense.

I feel as though IDK should have been an option in this poll too.

I think they need to replace dbash with a combined "counter reposte" from DS3 if you get caught in a dbash it should put both players in iframes do a quick "critical hit" that does more than a quick and then if you are ranged push all nearby melees back or if you are melee stay right on top of them, and then release the iframes.

obviously the frames a dbash would be effective would have to shorten significantly .... for the better effect.

Sorry mate but i think you use bad quality dildo, those i found have much more durability than knifes... But you kn ow silicone and rubber are far more resilient than steel!

Have you tried clanging a silicone didlo against a chainsword/powersword?

If you are talking about EC knife at least I bet I can stunted you before taking a cut... for the rest chain and power dildos are too dangerous for me but we can ask to our corrupted brothers of the Emperors children...
