Hi orks!

Your faction has some sweet looking models, music and sound effects but balance wise your faction isn’t in the greatest state right now. The eldar are in the same boat as you and I had an idea that would make things better for both of us. Your opinion matters and I’d like to see ork and eldar players comment on my thread and not just the ignorant and overwhelmingly vocal space marine community. In your response if for some reason you don’t agree with me I won’t fire back at you. I’ll also take what an ork or eldar player has to say a lot more seriously than what a space marine player has to say.

From 5 minutes after I create the thread -

Not a surprising response at all from a space marine, but if they're the only ones that comment then the devs will take one look at my thread and go "nope, clearly not what the community wants, on to a new thread" like time and time again.

As an Eldar player who is suffering through some of the crippling nerfs.. I also disagree.. The asymmetric balance makes classes excel in one area, and rewards a player for being skilled in that area. Can we see that everywhere now? No, but as Savij said balance is not a high priority now..

Does that mean our factions aren't fun? No, a bunch of Eldar players are having a ball since we get Eldar, in a shooter.. and we can play as all our favourite aspects! Somehow I feel as though the Orks feel the same..

@Kelvara why do you insist so much in dividing the community like that? i payed for the FULL game so i have the right to talk about the WHOLE content of the game,if i dont play a race i play against them so i give feedback from the opposite side wich is a good thing,also me having a space marine signature doesnt mean i dont have an eldar alt,i do and that makes me part of the eldar comunity too so i can comment on eldar as much as i like, and if i main a space marine it doesnt mean i dont want eldar to be powerful etc...

The devs have tools to see what is balanced and what is not,i dont believe they nerf things based only on forum posts

You're all right. Others have said a balance overhaul is in the works so we'll see. The game is already available for preorder from big box stores like Target and Best Buy so the time window is getting smaller than I think most realize.

You're right however no one is trying to divide the community. The strong divide between space marines and eldar has existed and grown for weeks now.

When someone starts a thread battle breaks out between the space marines and the eldar and the discussion gets nowhere. Space marines don’t like it when eldar get a buff and eldar don’t like it when space marines get a buff. It’s becoming a war on these forums and currently the space marines are winning.

Also, with orks being new I think everyone agrees they're in need of a buff, some more than others. But there'll come a time soon when that changes.

Another troll thread from a guy who already whined in the CSM and LSM section Balancing will come, if you dont enjoy playing you should take a break. I loose often as a ork, but still its fun as hell.

Astartes factions have had like a year to develop, xenos a week to a month. Let's go ahead and not throw out asymmetry when they're still underdeveloped nor voluntarily cut out the beating heart of this game in the process, asymmetric factions seems like the last promise actually comming at launch.

And please, only the most hardcore Wardian thinks xenos are where they should be.

I never whined in the CSM and LSM section I wrote a message calling you guys out for whining about eldar being OP and getting my faction nerfed when we were already crippled. It wasn't your guys's call to tell the devs what the eldar needed.

I've stated before that I've stopped playing but I think Asheru Swiftlock deleted it or something.

And I'll agree orks are very fun.

You know that some of "my guy's" also play eldar and have a opinion. Saying that someone isnt allowed to share his opinion on something is ridiculous and a childish behaviour. How you want to know if someone havnt played hundreds of hours in your faction?

There are guys from the same faction that want the total opposite of your idea... should they shut up too? Maybe your idea is in the long sight not always the best and you should really start to accept different opinions (and let the troller cry, ignore them)
