4 -6 seconds then. I assume this video is current? It entirely depends upon the defenders, their weapons and builds etc Even in this instance it's not too difficult to destroy the Trukk, the enemy just needs to use ranged AV. Since it only kicks in at the last 5 minutes, it rarely makes a difference to the match outcome. It kills any sustain the Orks have over longer distances. Which is one of our strengths given our increased Health. Jesus Christ are you actually posting me screenshots of you top of a scoreboard? Is that supposed to prove something? The amount of times I've been top I can't even... "Just so you know, no downed state is a direct advantage for a lone flanking or harassing unit." Explain this to me? How is no downed state, in any way a "direct advantage"? You deprive the enemy of an execution? You get into the fight 1 second quicker than it takes you to hold spacebar instead of bleeding out? Rubbish. You know what's way more effective? A flanking unit with support. A harassing unit with support. Is that 2 raptors I see? Damn they've just doubled their effectiveness as they can rez each other and continue to harass. According to the video above it looks like 4 base. 6 MoS. 2 MoT.
With a little bit of messing around, I've come to the conclusion that jpa may have been buffed and here's why: In my opinion, mobility is hands down the best stat for this class. Survivability wargear wont do shit for you when compared to evade I-frames. The advantage that jump assaults will have with this uat build is they can spec into full mobility (+2 fuel and 60% regen). In the live build this is not possible (Can only have one or the other not both). On the uat patch, I can have this full mobility and a fully modded chainsword with a few trinkets. I give up very little to have this (heal kit + grenade + one or two trinkets<---- shit is all worthless next to having more/quicker jumps). Now you may say that I have to give up having a better melee weapon. This is true. However, I can get a better weapon (like a powersword). All I have to do is sacrifice one fuel charge (go from +2 to +1). Even with this slightly less mobile build, I am more mobile on uat than the current live build (still have +1 fuel and 60% regen). pic includes fist build with +1 fuel and 60% mobility I am not understanding all these jpa nerfed responses
But it costs 300 lp, just like the Powersword. I find that it also helps a lot with flanking and relocating around your team as a Sorceror. Also, MoS makes me whistle Green Hill Zone Theme every time I play. That’s important. Spoiler View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UEannNh8ihA I know I should stop with Sonic jokes, but it's THE game of my childhood. Deal with it, guys. Our Painboyz aren't plenty, and dying is not much of a concern when you spawn back up immediately. I believe we had a similar conversation before, and while I'd personally prefer boss-type dependant WAAAGHS!!!, I don't think the one we have right now is that terrible. Slow Armor regen, on the other hand, is just plain bad. You're still getting shot from behind the corners, even with speed, and if you so much as get grazed, you have to wait quite a while before you’re at full health. And don't even get me started on AG friendly fire. Furthermore, I think the speed is just not that great on Raptor: people are not going to run away from you anyway, and you already have a gap closing tool. My Raptor, which I use scarcely at best, doesn't have a mark, because I don't think the trade off is worth it. And now, you see, LSM and us are getting Fuel Regen buffs, and Chaos Boyz... well, they didn't get picked for the dodge ball team. Again. I'd urge you to try it out. I'd be actually quite interested in the feedback of a compulsive Klaw user about his MoS adventures.
Typical ork. Have no concept of a respawn wave On 1s faster by average. On 20s each time that happens. Bleeding out is 2s, btw. Even 3, if we count downing animation. Support can not harass, fortunately. Complete waste of support who should be supporting clusterfuck on a front line. Whats 2 raptors do at harassing units at the same place? 1 is perfectly fine, waste of a second raptor.
The reason you see few Painboyz is because they are one of the least developed and interesting classes to play, but that is another conversation entirely. Re the WAAAAGH!!!; I hate it. It eats tickets. If you are losing the match it often increases the likelihood of the loss. If you are winning you can lose because of it (if there are tickets) but likely it won't make much of a difference otherwise. Dying is a concern when you need to take points and your Trukk is destroyed. Sprinting across the map only to be picked off on the approach (with your fellow Orks) is a problem. The WAAAAGH!!! in fluff and on the tabletop is supposed to be a time when Orks are MORE powerful, not less. When we are feared and respected. As it is implemented here, we are weaker. We are a "green tide" of grots. It's not for gap closing it's for escaping and engagements. You use it to run away when you lack fuel. You use it to get behind people. You use it to flank. The slam is your initiation, the movement speed is your bread and butter. This is your edge over other ground units apart from Eldar I suppose. Lol knowing my tastes I'd probably love it. I love all the reject weapons and abilities. Right hold on, you said nothing about the respawn wave, you were talking about the downed state. Are you trying to convince me that a 2s bleed out time is that detrimental to your game? Rather than be able to get back into the fight if a buddy picks you up? To answer your questions what can 2 raptors do - I've explained, they can continue to harass rather than do a little bit of harassing then get picked off and have to wait to get back IG. It's not a waste of 2 raptors at all depending on the position you are harassing and it's significance to the defence of the enemy. E - Yea it is 6-9 seconds, second video easier to tell.
MoS: 0:47:503 - Lose all armor. 0:55:953 - Armor begin regenerate. 1:00:053 - Armor is full. Without mark: 0:13:253 - Lose all armor. 0:18:702 - Armor begin regenerate. 0:22:752 - Armor is full.
Of course it is. There is insane difference in whether you hit your wave or not, which Is decided by this 2-3 s of bleed state and possibly 5-7 of execution. And this is better most of the time then waiting for your "buddy" which will never come and might not be able to reach you in time (even if he comes) to pick you up. Check revives stats per match. So much pickuping going on out there, totally. There is no point in continue harassing dead units. 1 Raptor is perfectly fine for killing tactical + 2 heavies defending position and getting out of there before shieldbro's catch up. No point in killing them faster with 2 raptors, literally no point. More importantly, this never ever happens for you as a backliner class, revives happen rarely per match. On 19 respawn waves that happen to you you will be revived 1-2 times, check LSM, this is not worth it. You are trying to justify your bias for "waagh is a gimp" belief, when it really is not. It is a mechanic that must be used properly(and not on fortresses or tug of wars for instance), but when used properly is a very pleasant buff. You can't use it to its strengths during its appropriate times? Guess what, its your own problem. If you can, stop claiming its a gimp.
I hate to tell you but this is supposed to be a team based game where revives are actually used. I tend to see a lot of revives in my matches, and from the stats we've seen so far on EC those teams who revive more often also win more often. The WAAAGGHH!!! robs us of this chance. 1 Raptor is perfectly fine for killing tactical + 2 heavies eh? God I hope to see you in my matches. 2 heavies can defend a Raptor easily enough, 1 to Dbash and 1 to Dakka. If the heavies have support from a tactical too you will be killed and likely without killing a heavy (1 may die from FF). The reason you rarely see revives even as a "backliner class" sounds like it's because you're charging in lone wolf when the game isn't really designed to be played that way. 2 raptors can accomplish way more than 1, they can make all the difference between breaking a position and not. Man I'm so glad that I've got this CSM main telling me how good the WAAAGH!!! is. Thank god for his tactical advice. Perhaps you should leave the Ork players to decide if the WAAAGH!!! is gimp or not? Rather than make stupid assumptions about something you no doubt have very little experience with. It's not a "mechanic that can be used properly" because it kicks in at the last 5 minutes of the match with no input. There is no deciding whether it happens or not, it just happens. Do you understand what I'm saying here? Whether it is "used properly" is not in the hands of the players so guess what, it rarely is. It's no use having an instant respawn with no Trukks available. It's no use having an instant respawn on tug of war or fortress maps. There's 2 of the 3 gamemodes where it is a complete nerf. Now let me tell you about how great the MoK is. First off there's no point putting when the armour is regenerated back to full on here, the way you're testing means that you take different amounts of armour off every time so it is completely misleading. As far as I know the MoS doesn't effect how quickly armour regens back up to full, just when the regen kicks in? Correct? As Kat said it's about 6 seconds base and 9 seconds with MoS before regen kicks in. It don't think that is the biggest difference in the world and I think to say that the armour is "gimped" is a massive exaggeration but I guess it's entirely subjective.
