It's Chelyabinsk. And there is a total of 11 timezones in effect across all of Russia. So saying that you're from Russia doesn't really give much info on your availability.
The rest is mere consequence... I dont know why, but it is. EDIT: Europe shall become... an Eldar land! Again...
Well. Not suprised by the results so far. Definitely could use some timezones between Moscow and Syndey though.
again i remind you guys that polls on this forum allow only 5 poll options, and there more than 5 timezones on the world so i had to leave some out.
I think I would have only labeled them differently. East Coast and West Coast takes up too much space for how little the spread is. There are 24 time zones. You could fit 4 6 hour time slots in, or even use 5 and fudge the parameters a bit. I'm an advocate of: Americas (-8 to -3 GMT) Afroroupe (0 to +4GMT) Asia (+5 to +9GMT) Oceana (+10 to -10) GMT -1,-2, and -9 is basically open ocean and/or tiaga or ice. If you live in these regions, you deserve to brag about it in the comments. Like Alaska, you fucking Manly Bearwrestler.
I'd wait to see if it's worth the effort. If people like the idea I might (or you can, don't mean to hijack it). Otherwise, I'm pretty sure the results currently wouldn't be too much different in a repeat. (unless there's a dozen Kiwi's and Korean's and Midwesterners pondering if they belong in Russia, Western US, or Australia atm)
