Riot moved their servers to Chicago because it was a mid-point between the East Coast and West Coast - it had nothing to do with serving the middle Nobody lives in Middle America, it's a hoax!

I just voted East because I think I'm closest to that timezone. I'm in US Central Time. I'll be on during usual evening hours when I'm not shiving people with Lords of Arkhona.
Fun fact. If you take the Siberian express all the times on the stations and trains are the time of Moscow. but when you are in Siberia or Chelyabinsk (city of steal, and real MEN! (thanks, nasha rasha... )) you are 4-5 hours ahead of Moscow. EDIT. Thanks @Redthirst
