< @Maleth @Keidivh > As she let the Mechanicus think over her offer, she looked over at two humans in rather interesting gear that approached her. She couldn't help but smirk at the one who she could tell was older, and yet didn't seem quite like it. A chuckle came out at the Elder's words and she nodded. "Fights, looting and Sex, eh? I can promise that - though that last one, you might need to look for someone willing if you don't want a slave for it." "My only processions are you don't steal from me, and I would truly recommend not stealing from the crew.' she winked and held out her hand. "If that's agreeable, what's your names?"
+ @Vulpas "Sorcerer, then! Sorry for the wrong term!" She didn't seem to pay his claws any mind as they complete the gesture of greeting. Kirsten immediately offered her hand to the lady who was the spellcaster's company. "Lachesis", she repeated quietly. "I'd be pleased to accompany you there. Captain Arinna is a splendid lady to serve under, fair, and successful. The Hanatari is a fine vessel indeed." She smiles, and turns towards the exit - where this greenskin was indubitably waiting - and then glanced over Shriek. "And our crew. We're good people. But don't trust me words. C'mon you two, let's introduce you to Master and Commander."
Arissa had never truly met an Eldar up close before. At least one that wasn't trying to kill her. The laughter that came from her was enchanting, almost as if music was ringing against her ears. I could get used to serving under her. Heh, sounds like something Sav would say. "Tck, like anyone would be willing to get with all this." she snickered as she gestured to her lithe figure. "Not that it would be that easy mind you." When it came to the thieving, an innocent look came over her face, "Why ma'am, I'm insulted! Steal from my fellow crew mates? Never would I do such a dastardly deed." Not like they would catch me if I did. Then again, the last part was only a recommendation. Hehe. Giving a curtsy, she took her new captains hand, giving a courteous handshake. "Arissa Vanetris mi'lady. Look forward to the havoc we'll wreak." @Maleth @BadDo9
Shriek looked at the two. "Steal something from the captain, and you will lose a limb" She seems very determined regarding this, her eyes glow as she studies the girls "I hate recruits without care for the captains orders or that think they can get away with anything." Shriek clearly didn't seem to be one of those that enjoyed cheeky behaviour. @Keidivh @BadDo9
"Well I suppose that is settled then." Malrak said as he got up from the table to follow Lachesis. He of course grabbed the bird cage as he would never leave Montesquieu(the raven) alone in such an establishment. In his other hand he had grabbed his force staff and looked over to where the eldar captain is. "Hmm it seems your captain is busy with other recruits. Perhaps we should wait until she has finished her business with them before approaching." He said as he looked at the strange group that was forming near the captain.
The door of the bar bursts open Rokk music following its adrupt opening as the Ork step in eagerly something clenched in their hand. ( @BadDo9 ) "Boss ! Boss ! Iz gotz ya a new Hat ! Itz proppa flash !" The ork says trundling over and placinh , a only slightly plasma burned hat, ontop of the captains head with surprising gentleness going so far as to adjust it slightly before clapping his hand together "Great boss ! Any new gitz joinin da crew ?" Bluetoof said as he looked around the bar
Shriek glances at Bluetoof "Blue... Could you be a bit more serious? We are trying to keep an image here" She gives him a tired look with her one eye. Of course, she is used to his eager personality, but she is really not one to enjoy it. Her metallic claw clicking as she studies the Ork up and down firmly. @bossaroo
@Wincent The Ork turns to Shriek "i fink blowin a git ta zoggin pieces wiff me blasta an' takin 'is 'At fer da Boss iz a proppa explunashion of wot we do dun ya fink ?" The ork said baring its dyed teef hits hand on the positively ludicrous sized spanner at its hip "If youz gotz a problem wiff dat we could always solve it roight an' proppa loike" the ork says chuckling grimly , the Rokk muzik and combat leaving a WAAAGH cry just waiting to burst from Bluetoof
Treleskan Varl was an unusual Eldar. That is, by his own admission - he was not in the majority in most places, let alone a bar like this. The tall, somewhat gaunt Eldar was dressed smartly, with an elegance to his dress that betokened some aristocratic lineage, or perhaps, knowledge of times long past. He carried himself with a certain pride, but with too much interest in his surroundings to appear arrogant. He was armed, with s strange design of rifle, but this rested lightly in the crook of one arm as he sipped his drink. Just wine; he had no need to impress or be abstemious. And truth to tell, he was a little bored. That was to change. There were any number of passers-by in a place like this. It was a meeting place, where anyone might strike a deal. Most were of little interest to the Haemonculus. Humans, Tau, even a passing Sslyth ... Varl even swore he saw a Saruthi once. But the Eldar interested him most. Transients, travellers, ne'er do wells and others - each held a certain fascination for the Commorrite. He wondered why they were here instead of at home. He himself was here to see the Universe. Life in the Covens was never dull, but he had an urge to see life elsewhere. And he needed a certain quality of fellow traveller. Why settle for less? There was a sudden flurry as a striking woman entered, and announced that she was looking for crew. Eldar, certainly; self-possessed, and well-dressed with a confidence and determination to get what she wanted. Treleskan was reminded of one of the sharper Archons. Or perhaps, one of the more imperious Hekatrices. He rose to his feet and glided through the crowd in the way that only a man with an understated, yet understood lethality can. He paused before addressing the Captain. To bow would be obsequious; to refuse to acknowledge her rank would be rude. So he bowed his head respectfully and then spoke. "Madame, I am Treleskan Varl, a traveller late of the Dark City. I have skills with medical assistance and refinements, should you be looking for a person with such skills. But, if I may be frank - I am seeking an opportunity to travel. And what you offer seems replete with possibilities." Varl smiled, which was not the sinister gesture it could have been. His teeth were only slightly pointed. "And I see that you have an open mind and enjoy using it, no?"
Shriek rolls her eye "No need to embaress yourself. Focus on recruitment for now" She looks at the Haemonculus that approaches. She has met such beings before, tho only briefly and she REALLY didn't trust them. However she wasn't going to attack one outright, so she just keept her place and keept herself on the ready, her claws clicking and flexing as she studied the Eldar up and down. She might have been made by Human Dark mechanicus, but she was sure she could atleast to a degree keep up with an eldar if need be. Atleast someone of lower skill. She had never fully tried, but she was sure she could. She wasn't the kind to lack confidence, and she was going to make sure the captain was safe, no matter what. @BadDo9 @bossaroo @Jorimel
