"Madam," said the Haemonculus, with conviction, "I am not about to let you walk into such a den of vipers alone. While I believe you to be fully competent and exquisitely deadly," here he paused a little, but regained his focus quickly, "you should not go without someone to watch your back. And I have a knowledge of anatomy and toxins that ought to trouble even a fiend." He tapped his hexrifle for emphasis.

Readying himself for combat as if the matter was concluded, Treleskan took up a place beside the Captain and got ready to advance on the despicable enemy.

Aeris nodded a little and looked at her speaker, smiling and laying a hand on his shoulder. "Then I leave you in charge for now, Kairiel. As for you warrior... Markus, was it?" she asked, seeing the Cadian nod she smiled. "Then come with me. All help would be appreciated." she nodded, before looking over to Varl. "Come, then. Let us go rescue those whom we can." she said, quickly running off into the hallways, leading her Haemonculus through the hallways. It would be a quick run to the elevator that would lead them down, and though they had to wait for it to come up, it would then take them down to the motor pool...

A few moments after Aeris left, another door to the hangar opened and three men, two women came out, all dressed in imperial garb and holding weapons. Their necks were burnt and - when they saw guns pointed at them - they dropped their own and held their hands up in surrender. "Please!" called one of the men. "We don't wish to fight anymore.. we come from a group of survivors.. and the imperium has done nothing to aid us.. if you truly said what you meant, please let us speak with whomever is in charge...

As Malrak and Felena would move through the halls, everything would be eerily empty and quiet. They would retrace their steps and find the same Rak'gol laying right where it had been, and still unconscious. It would stir and growl a little, however.. the question now was, what would they do with it?

As the fight raged on, more and more of the proxies were being killed and drained, which meant that the witches had less and less power from which to draw from. Thus, they would quickly begin to lose ground in their fights, though they didn't show it.

And then, two things happened in an instant. First, the lightning witch - while screaming and cursing - suddenly found a heavy bullet piercing through her barrier and slamming against her chest. And then, the soldier was able to fire his missile, which slammed into her back and exploded, sending the whole of her body around the room in many pieces.

At the feeling of this, the final witch drew himself up and slammed Goramor across the face with his force staff in a final attempt to implant the suggestion. "You bastard snake. You belong to me now! Kill them all!" he roared, spinning about and pointing his staff right at Saven, who would suddenly begin to burn inside her armor, a pain which would not subside until she died or the spell ended. And at the same time, Searus would find that the lightning from earlier was beginning to take its toll, causing her mechandrites to sieze up.
  3. Shriek looks at the people that came in. She narrowed her visible eye and slowly approacched them. She hadn't gone with the captain due to knowing she can handle herself and because the lightning still had had some effect on her, while not stopping her had it made her exhausted, knowing that she would just be a liability if she tried to go with the captain at this moment.

"The captain is currently not here, she will return soon hopefully. In the meantime, put everything you got in a pile. I want to see basic clothing, nothing more, nothing less"

She isn't taking any risks. Her eye even attempting to scan them for psycic signatures.

  4. Upon finding the unconscious Rak'gol again Malrak walked up to it and placed his left hand on the dome of its head. He reached into its simple mind with his own and sought to dominate it and bind it to his will, after all a creature like this could be quite useful. He could sense several lights in the warp going out somewhere on the ship, perhaps the others don't need his assistance. After that brief encounter with that other pysker Malrak would prefer to not get into another fight. Lest he deal with the consequences of a sore body in the near future, he grumbled to himself about the annoyances of living in such a fragile body as his. Perhaps he could train in order to make it better, then again that would be even more tiresome and it reminded him of his days on Terra. Malrak grumbled a bit more before focusing on dominating the Rak'gol's mind more.

"He said to who is in charge, Shriek. And as far as I recall, Aeris just named me." Kairiel said with an exasperated sigh than anything else, taking a step forward towards the survivors, gesturing those around him to lower their weapons.

"Greetings, my name is Kairiel. I fill many roles including ambassador and trader of our crew. We indeed meant what we said. Don't mind Shriek, here. We are just all a bit of edge from the fighting. However, we will keep your guns for now, it's just safety protocol and all that, I'm sure you understand. Though please be so kind to add your sidearms and blades to the pile, if you kindly could do so. Everything else you possess you can keep on you for now. May I know your names and perhaps what roles you might see yourself purposeful on the Hatanari? We always have positions to fill on all departments. And we usually try to accommodate you to your specific skill set, or desired role." Kairiel the Water Caste member offered with a warm smile, pulling out a small container of water and a bland protein nourishment bar, offering it to whomever would take it of the survivors.

"Think this Rak'gol has any air ways might be a bit useful to restrict its airways a bit to make sure its knocked out." Felena said as she looked at the beast," Felana said looking at the insect reptiallian, Keeping away from its arms she kept out her rifle and grabbed several darts, Tranq darts she had and loaded them into her pistol. As she did this she kept her eye out from the other hallways and the Rak'gol itself.

Saven cried out in anguish from the spell, but that didn't manage to break her focus. She adjusted her heavy weapon to be pointed firmly at the Psyker, muttering obscenities under her breath over various topics related to her attacker before sending another large round at the Psyker pointing their staff at her. She was hoping that the bullet would work just as well as it had done with the (now in pieces) Psyker.

Shriek gives Kairiel a glare. While indeed put him in charge but that didn't remove her priority of safety and order. She frowns, tapping a metallic "toe" against the floor. but she keeps silent for now. Not really caring for talking at the moment. She looks around, before locking her gaze on the group of survivors, clearly not trusting them.

"The name is Goramor! My name!"
Goramor answered to being called a bastard, his pride amplified by the mind attack rage directed at him.
"Say my name! Beg for death and I might make it quick!"
He shouted and assaulted the psykers, the source of his current anguish.
