Goramor's eyes widened and a sly smile developed on his face when Varl presented his findings. "Scourges." Was all he said and nodded. "Say no more. Pleasure to make your acquaintance, thank you for your time." Goramor inclined his head in a subtle bow.

After being escorted to his quarters he regarded it with an amused expression, impressed how quickly they had managed to pull this all together for him. Then he noticed the bed. His eyes widened in happy surprise glittering like diamonds themselves and immediately went over to it. He ran a hand over the gold and gems, enchanted by their sparkly glory.
He buried himself into it, so only his tail, arms and head were visible. Happy smile on his face he just laid there, content. For him the day could have been over for without a good reason he was not getting up from his luxurious bed.

“Searus Electoria and thank you” she replied before returning the handshake. As the talks between the sisters and the tau progressed Searus had her interest piqued upon hearing of the sister’s suits.

“Would one of you or mayhap both of you be so kind to tell me more about your suits later? Of course, if you wish for some sort of service or payment for me looking at the suits then I will be happy to do what I can.” Searus said to the twins. As for the little bit of high gothic cursing, the emperor searus didn’t much care as she had long concluded that the omnissiah was not the emperor and hence it did not matter to her.

Before much more could be said the captain spoke up so Searus turned her attention to the captain. Before following the servitor assigned to lead her down to her quarters she briefly turned back and said to the sisters “It was nice to meet you both and while I cannot say I understand your loss of a home world may the highest probability be for you both concerning fortune in finding a new one if possible and may the omnissiah protect you two and may you two live long”

Upon entering her quarter, she would dismiss the servitor before beginning study the tech on the shelves. Once that was done she would begin to rearrange whatever furniture or equipment she could to create a more functional and efficient living/working space.

For a moment Vex hoped he would was to retreat to the silent safety of his sanctuary that was both a bedroom, living quater, storage of various junk and treasures and a workshop.

But it was not meant to be and as he picked up the miraculously undamaged bottle from the latest victim of Bluetoof`s aiming skills he noticed he was beackoned by Captain Aeris, some impossible errand probably on her mind.
Helping the stunned crewman back to her feet, he joined the trio on their trek to the cargo hold.

Storing the bottle of amasec, or what he sought to use as unguents within the safe confines of one of many inner pockets that he had within his scav-robes, Vex inspected the goods that the Tau procured for them on their latest run.

Paying special attention to the water purifier and lasrifle battery packs, Annie took a swig from his flask whenever the smug bastard greased them on his pitch sale. He never liked Kairel, but at least he cared enough for his duties to get a job done. After so many years in the...procurment business he learned to respect that.

"May I present to you! Our very own...." Kairel left a suspense, letting a small swarm of drones pry the crates completely open, revealing individual mechanical blocks, perfect modules - if one knew the STC. Although Ananius Vex could make a calculated guess of what the STC was, but the Tau made the announcement for everyone in earshot.

With one of his eyebrows cocked giving away his puzzlement, the shaggy scavanger made his way to the many crates, swatting the drone that pestered him for interfering in their monotask routines.
The stuff in the boxes was beyond him, but it looked high tech enough for Electoria to probably know. Anyway, he knew the smug bastard hit the motherlode with this one. Whatever came from a coghead`s manufactorums usually is.

    @bossaroo
"If ya wanted tech boy i could put togeva dis 'Valkuree' an' you check da torpedos. Wait furst !" Bluetoof said before digging around his loot sack and pulling out a large canister of blue paint "Gotz ta use dis ! Make sire Gork an' Mork is lookin out fer us"

"You got it." said Vex with a nod, noticing his enthusiasm and he knew not to get in a greenskins way when he gets excited.
Not particulary fond of his task with explosives, especially when he is tipsy, there were worse alternatives:

"Better give me the torps before we get breached atmosphere again." but the upstart Mek would probably take that as a compliment. Thank the Steel God they were not in empyric transit when the explosion happened.

If he found everything to be functional enough not to spontenously combust or fall apart at the spot he would give it his go.

"Seems like another good haul, Cap`n." he said without looking at either Aeris or Kairel.
"I`ll get my tools and we`ll have something ready for the Quatermaster by the end of dirunal-cycle."

Varl took his leave of the Sslyth with a slight bow of his head and a fractional smile. The Haemonculus did take a last look at the retreating form of the Captain as she left with her assorted crew for ... something technical that did not concern him. He didn't make a habit of interfering with others' plans unless his curiosity had been especially piqued.

Once at his quarters, he looked around. The lab area was well made, if still a little empty, but he could soon rectify that. Humming a little tune, the Haemonculus had his personal luggage brought in and began to unpack. He missed Dras, but he'd had to leave someone at home to mind the laboratory and the Wrack seemed the best candidate. He would surely find a way to make the place feel more homely soon.

This done, the Haemonculus retired to his personal chamber. He smiled, approving of the little touches here and there designed to make the place more fitting. Most of all, he approved of the large, soft bed with its tapestried hangings. Varl might be ancient, he might be a Haemonculus, but that didn't stop him appreciating his creature comforts.

  5. Shriek nods calmly, bowing faintly
    "Of course, Ma'm"
She turns around, calmly walking towards the Barracks. Her metallic legs virring with each step as she walks, straight backed and stern, eyeing the grunts around her. You can see how they straighten their backs and works harder as she walks past, clearly having a reputation for being harsh. She soon reaches the barracks, and opens the door stepping inside, looking around.

And soon enough, a ping would come to her room over the system rigged between bridge and Lach's room. It was a single, half-second ping which was a query about if she was ready to proceed with jump. A single ping back would be affirmative, a second negative. So if Lach was ready, the ship would begin it's warp.

    < @Jorimel >

As Varl looked around in the room, he would see through the corner of his eye something seeming to be moving in the shadows. But if he turned and looked a bit closer, he would see a medical Servitor with what seemed to be modular components, perhaps meant as an assistant for whatever main medical personnel was on the ship.

    < @bossaroo @High_Adept_Zeth @Uriel1339 ( @Tamu ) >

"Good show, Kai. Perhaps this time we'll take less damage and be able to afford some better hull plates. And a bit better food." she winked, having a rather practiced palate. But nevertheless she turned and looked at Bluetoof and Vex. "We have another Techy who I promised to give a part in any bits of heavy tech we find. So, Annie, would you mind going and getting the techmistress from her room? We'll draw up her contract and then you three can begin working on building this - to due specifications." she said with a leery eye on the ork.

    < @Wincent >

When Shriek got into the barracks she would see a rather burly man with a metal eye, scolding a few of the grunts who immediately straightened even more at the sight of the Captain's bodyguard. The first mate growled and dismissed them, before his body shifted that into his natural Lacrymole form. "Ah! Mistress Shriek! What brings you to grace me with your presence?" he asked with a small wink to her.

Kairiel made a deep bow. "Thank you for your continued trust into me." Is all the water caste member said, satisfied of not getting yelled at about cutting corners in other parts he cared personally less about, but the rest of the crew might. With that he made his regular rounds around the ship, seeking disputes amidst crew members to peacefully resolve to maintain order, respect and a fully operable clockwork.

With a simple nod to Aeris he departed from the cargo hold, his mind filled with plans for the rest of the day. Vex though of using the ship`s intercom to contact the person in question (by the Steel God, i dont even know her name!) but he was not sure if the thing worked on the other end and besides, walking a few hundred meters is not so bad.

Descending to lower levels were there is less traffic but the stench of corroded metal and damp air assaulted the nostrils, Ananius though of Captain`s words. As his boot heels clanked the shaky gantry beneath him, he knew the chances of him getting some shut-eye were minimal. Thus the walking - small chances of him sleepwalking.

Reaching the aft sections of the Hanatari, near its Enginarium, the traffic intensified and Ananius kept his daggers close. Sure thing, her crew was close, but not even Aeris can vouch for all the thousands on her ship. Its a pirate ship after all.

With clutched teeth and taut muscles he opened the large bulkhead doors to his space that served so many purposes. Bedroom, sanctuary, workshop, storage, home - or at least the closest thing he had to it in life. This little slice of purgatory was the closest thing to heaven he knew and was grateful to Aeris for it.

First thing that is easily noticed was that junk was everywhere - a stereotypical looks of a workshop inhibited by an absent-minded or just careless engineer. Bits and pieces of metal components taken from myriad devices with wires and pipes sticking out of them, of all shapes and sizes, were not only on the rusty metal floor, but also on the cluttered giant work table and shelves. Only his little unkepmpt bunk in the corner was free of it.

With calloused fingertips he stroked the lumen he knew was there by touch alone, until, with a flicker, the thing ignited shedding more light into the gloom of the space he called home.

Leaving the bag of assorted loot he lugged across the ship, Ananius took a deep sigh of relief, his hands at hips, planing.
Among the scrap, the junk and occasional treasure he picked or rediscovered a long lost tool he would use for the next job. Sorting them all in a stained, yellow waist-belt that he tossed over his shoulder, he rummaged around, grumbling subaudibly at the state of things in the workshop.

Finding a pack of (not faux) tabbac pack he was looking for an entire month he departed for the doors of his new neighbour, knocking. By the sound of things inside, it seems their newest occupant was moving furniture around:

    "Cap`n needs ya."

"Alright then I shall cya then later maybe after a bit of your tome is done." Felana said looking to Malark attempting to use the separate wall section for the first time. As the wall finished closing she began wondering what to do with some of her free time. Maybe meet some of the crew or something, Deciding to stow her bag and putting her rifle onto her bed she left her room and began wandering to see who she would meet.

"Well then, if that's not a name techie name I don't know what is." The few cog heads she had spoken to in the past were an awfully droll lot. This girl seemed to be kind enough however, and it had been quite some time since Arissa had a girl to talk with besides her sister. "And you can come by my room and we can discuss it any time Miss Electoria. No need for payment either, though if you decide to bring some amnasec, I shan't turn it down." She added with a wink. @Tamu

They didn't have much more time to catch up however as the captain summoned some servitors to lead everyone to their knew quarters. Giving a small bow to her present company, and a bright smile to Searus. I'm going to lie this one. "You're very sweet miss. Don't worry, we've always managed by ourselves, and will continue to do so. Besides, anywhere is home for me as long as there are a few things for me to lift." Giving a wave goodbye to the Tech Priestess, Arissa made her way after her servitor, assuming her little sister would follow along.

Upon entering the room, she found it to be surprisingly luxurious. Her bed was made of some of the finest linens, some beautiful tapestries she had stolen were hung about on her side, and all of her beloved loot was safely stowed away. Collapsing onto the bed, she let out a content sigh. A beautiful room, some decent company, and the promise of adrenaline filled adventures and lots of loot. What more could a girl ask for?
