Ehm... you're trying to fight eldars as you fight chaos or orks.

Predators can destroy eldar transports in seconds; if they stay on the move, dragons can't do anything to them because their meltabombs don't stick and they lack range.

You may think that having to dedicate 2 guys (a gunner and a driver) is unfair while the eldar are trampling people in their falcon with just a driver, but the truth is that your 2 guys are going to destroy every single trampling falcon and every single serpent (and probably many eldar) without a problem. Specially if one of the guys into the predator is an AV too, ready to melt any vehicle that "blocks" them (basic tactic for every faction).

Another mistake is "placing" transports vs eldar (as eldar transports shouldn't to be "placed" too), they should to stay on the move or they're going to have a very short lifespan. It is applicable to all the factions, but remember that vehicle control vs eldars is a race.

Also, one dedicated gravcannon can do eldar life impossible. I know it because it's whay I do when I play LSM vs Eldar. Marines have a lot of AV weapons that are also good anti-infantry, so shouldn't to be hard to have an AV guy even on the attack. But for some reason people don't do it. It is not a game problem, it is a player problem.

The question is... why chaos and orks, with less AV options, usually can do what LSM seem unable to achieve?

I repeat again. It's not the problem of how to counter it. It's a problem of how much it costs you to counter it. Do you understand? Cost is not just your personal irritation, but is measured in time your team can assault point or how many people you can send to assault it. Do you understand?
Eldar invest one person and one transport and in return gain a lot:
Either enemy is denied from reinforcing from transport and as such can't create enough pressure on defenders for some time(if he ignores, drives away or calls in AT from another point) or weaken defense/attack in other points by relocating manpower here
or enemy is forced to dispatch AT team from rhino to kill harasser, which again, reduces the number of attackers assaulting point for significant time.
    To sum it up:
Eldar gain a lot from their small investment which gives them noticeable advantage when defending.
Is it intended? Is it deserved?
While all we need to fix it is either make Grav Tanks unable to sit on top of other vehicles or make Grav tanks unable to roadkill crouched enemies (except heavy gunners probably)

    Let's get this straight:

Everyone agrees roadkill needs a nerf. Even the devs do. However they cannot do this until they figure out how to implement the hull Shuriken Catapults properly.

Until then, the health nerf is the bandaid. Deal with it until they figure something out.

P.S There will be a whole class oriented around Roadkills soon. Prep the Salt factories.

You know im not to wild about a tank mounting another tank like that and ive always hated eldar roadkill .... but wouldn't it be worse if the guy in the vehicle was a FD and he just BLEW UP your transport ..... this seems really sub optimal and trolly compared with the eldar just blowing your transport to kingdom come ..... i kind of have to agree with the other posters just AV it from a nearby spawn point ..... and im an LSM guild main ..... it seems like your desire to "not have to walk" or "not have to change your tactics accordingly" is overshadowing how much this is really an "unstoppable cheese tactic" .... I mean most of the maps with the LC you can av from one point to another depending on where you parked your rhino .....

Now, that's something i like to read. Glad they noticed it.
  6. Asyran Eldritch Arkhona Vanguard

They wanted to nerf it a while ago. But they couldn't figure how to aim Shuriken Catapults. So they nerfed health instead.

It's most likely a bandaid until they get their shit together.

Why are you implying it's LSM only problem? Why are you implying that LSM are all worse players than other races? I play both CSM and LSM and Eldar started using this tactic vs both.
You are describing ideal battlefield as you see it, but I can easily point out a lot of errors in yours:
First of all, Transports and Tanks can't and shouldn't be on the constant move. If transports move constantly people attacking can't resupply from them, and they will be unable to disembark all the team in one spot. As for tanks, they can't fire accurately and bring full brunt of their attack if they are constantly on the move. What's needed is vigilance and situational awareness. Drivers need to be aware of surroundings and relocate when they spot threat.
Second, even if we assume that FD becomes less effective, don't tell me you have no other AV options. You have reaper launcher with guided missile, you have SH with AT grenades.
In typical match where both side knows what they are doing tanks don't live long on both sides.

1 Predator? What else? Where a lot comes from? And where "less" AV options for CSM/Orks comes from? Autocannon? Plasma cannons? Ork Kannons and rockit launchas? At worst difference is 1 gun type, that doesn't really give that much of a difference.
Again, I pictured how a typical match goes by. It doesn't mean that troops and tanks stay still. I am not talking about Eldar premade vs LSM pug. I am pointing out how much benefit Eldar gain from tiny investment.
And what other races have to pay to counter it. LSM pay more than CSM, that's why for CSM it's more tolerable.
As for mandatory Grav-cannon in squad, you are protected from abuse only while that Devastator lives. Once he dies (and don't tell me that Eldar won't focus him) you are again in bad spot.

I repeat again, it's not about that it's "unstoppable cheese " like @Delgear thinks. It's about resources and what each side gets from them. It's not a problem at the level of being game breaking or being the sole reason for one side loosing. But it's a contributing factor and unintended feature.

    See this thread?
It was made because of players like you.

It literally takes SINGLE marine with multimelta to counter it.
2 bursts and skimmer is DEAD. And if it escaped, then you've won anyway, becayse its no longer there, doing what you've said.

But you won't accept it, because you're more dense then Emperor class battleship Void Shield.

I can understand rank1 noobs, but skilless cancer like you is the REAL reason why playing as LSM feels like throwing a rabid hedgehog into your pants.

Orks never seemed to be having much trouble dealing with vehicles. For being honest i don't know about chaos but i witnessed a fair amount of tanks being lost to some stubborn greenskin. (with some Marines just watching it happen or not giving a darn lol)

Ok since you want to cry about it that for one tells me you don't play anti tank, also it's funny you have on the bottom of each of your post "If you want to prove somthing. Use a valid arguments" yet each time someone posts a valid point you keep getting more and more pissed and say do I need to repeat my self read the 1st post and sorry to say but your point is invalid IMO so you have a good day SIR.
