  1. Aed, dedicated anti tank teams are something i usually see been done with many of the teams i play with and i play many different factions. So we spend resources on it. So thats a tactic, its not OP and it can be countered by your enemy.

I think LSM will not be happy until Eldar are unarmed and blind.

Even then, they'll complain we run too fast :^)

OP, you have been given plenty of tactics on how to counter this. Its your choice if you want to follow them.

Sitting there whining that its too hard will achieve nothing.

I must say that I agree with the OP about one thing: vehicle exploiting is bad, and a vehicle over another one is probably an exploit (I'm sure it's not intented).

When I find a vehicle doing this kind of things, friendly or not, I usually ask for moving it away before I melt it.

So, please, all the factions, don't play using exploits. Fair play is much more fun for everyone.

But I also understand some of the eldar player reactions. Of the 4 factions, they're the more "assymetrical" balanced ones, they lack a lot of weapons and many of the ones they have are bugged, but still are smashed with "OP" and "nerf" threads every week.
IMO, lots of the problems come from that "assymetric balance", as they use a different gameplay and tactics. You can't fight eldar vehicles the same way you fight the orks or marines ones, but different doesn't mean OP.

I already pointed out a lot of things regarding tactics in very first post. What weapons work and what don't in that situation. Why there is no safe exit side. Why parking in a safe to exit spot is a problem. Why driving away is a problem. Why guarding transport with predator is a problem. Why it takes a lot of time to counter it solo.
Not a single person here posted tactic that I did not tried, and every time I explained why this tactic is bad or why that tactic while usable is costly.
Do Eldar here engage in proper discussion? No, they ridicule, insult and pretend I am incompetent. With @Katitof as example, it's not first time we clashed in regards to Eldar balance. And as always when lacking any solid argument, he tries to make his opponent look incompetent. All in hopes that another Eldar advantage lasts a bit longer. So far, in all cases we argued about, Eldar ended up receiving deserved nerfs.
As for you @Katitof, before calling someone incompetent, post here cheap, efficient tactic to counter that abuse.

    @CuCulainn
If you want to continue to argue, at last answer my question that I am asking for the Nth time and that you guys are eluding:
Why LSM and CSM (I don't play as Ork so can't say anything) need to dedicate far more resources to defending their Transports when fighting Eldar, compared to fighting other Races? If it is intended, then vs what it is balanced?
  6. Asyran Eldritch Arkhona Vanguard

So what shall be nerfed next? Swooping Hawks? (Again)
  7. What you are forgetting about is that Eldar are dedicating one player to drive the vehicle all the time. If your team had a dedicated driver, eldar would have a much harder time trying to hump your rhino with their skimmer. Maybe the winning strategy starts before the situation you complain about happens.

One player defending your rhino with a Lascannon would work as well (one dedicated -vs- one dedicated).

Pretending that It was someone else and not me who posted half of those and explained in detail pros and cons of each and every last of them doesn't advance your PoV in the slightest.
In first place I did not post "nerf Eldar to the ground!", I proposed a mild solution to a certain situation where Grav tank is used in unintended way. I also explained why it affects balance. What I am getting in return? Insults and condescending L2P from people that in effort to "Educate" me tell me the exact things I posted in this very thread. Hilarious.

Turnspeed of other races will be buffed. Warlocks will be more specialized and won't be able to stack as much support and melee capability at same time as they do now.
  9. 'Why LSM and CSM (I don't play as Ork so can't say anything) need to dedicate far more resources to defending their Transports when fighting Eldar, compared to fighting other Races?'

Because i dont think its a valid point.

The balance is in the fact that eldar vehicles are much, much more fragile, so they have to dedicate more resources to defend their transports too.

Fights vs eldars should be a race for vehicle control.

The fun fact here is that eldar have much less AV options, and zero optimal weapons vs vehicles in movement, so if both factions have their vehicles on the move, the eldar are the ones that have the biggest disadvantage, by far.

"But why shoul I play different only vs eldars?" may you think.
Because assymetrical balance. If more factions were added, probably they will need different tactics too. Marines (both LSM and CSM) and orks are quite similar in their gameplays, so eldar feel a bit "unfair" right now just because they're the only weird guys.
