Meltaproof vehicles and the Dragon does what then?
Run around with shuriken pistol and knife?

Meltaproof your spawned vehicles, for a loadout cost to you. Not exactly free. And I have done very well with just the knife. Also burning quad guns down is a useful thing too. And when slower but tankier terminators appear, fire dragons will wreck their shit.

I think transports in general should be more resilient against all damage.

At the moment it's far too easy to solo-yolo a transport, even a defended transport, and wipe out an entire attack.

By the time TEQs are here, everyone's going to have meltas and those meltas will wreck stuff just as well as the Fire Dragon ones.

If you're good at killing people with knife, that's good. But there are melee classes for that, Fire Dragon is anti-tank and has only melta weaponry (flamers might be a thing).

Vehicle customization is supposedly coming but when is anyone's guess, and according to what Nathan said in the Q&A, if you customize your vehicle then you're expected to look after your pimped-up vehicle.
