No way, as soon as they caught sight of the enemy they'd just plough the vehicle straight into them. And I bet they'd be too busy shouting 'BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD' etc to even concentrate properly on driving.
BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD! id trust both cuz weather your crashing or plowing threw enemy lines there will be much blood spilled!
absolutely not! I dont have any source but i believe i read somewhere that 40k world eaters (versus 30k) utilized serfs to drive them to battle and do all tasks besides butchering. Correct me if im wrong though.
I think they usually jump on a space hulk or other ship, land, then foot slog it. That or daemon possessed vehicles.
The battle rage doesn't start until blood is tasted, while it's not a favored tactic to always plow into melee range for other legions, there is a reason our massacres are infamous. The rampage squads are the ones that need to be chained down before and after battles, the rest of the legion is closer to sane. You really need to worry about post battle transport, where they're likely to keep killing each other until the rage subsides.
