Hello guys! I just wanted to make this thread to help keep the community a little grounded. The workshop is going to be amazing no denying that. But we need to remember that we are going to be limited to cosmetics only when they first release it and we probably won't see it for another 2 or so months. So until then brush up on your modeling, unreal engine, texturing, and all them other skills that I know you nerds have.

Also keep the ideas rolling on the forums this is one the most unified phases in EC's history. Let's keep the good times rolling and I look forward to seeing you all in the field.

Hoping they release some assets in advance of the workshop, that way people can have a few things ready to go when the workshop finally launches.
  3. James Aringhe Ordinate

Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment.
  4. I hope things from workshop will be buyable for RTC
  5. Valentine Iyan Firebrand

Can someone do a video of themselves doing the process for making unreal stuffs so I can feel better about trying it? =D
  6. Can't tell if sarcastic or serious! :OrkMoon:

We will see though....we will see; assuming they can get a new partner(s) to sponsor the game.
  7. There are tutorials/videos you can find online. Or otherwise purchase online courses from places like Udemy.

You can use Blender; assuming you have not/are not willing to pay £1,000+ a year for the likes of 3DS Max or Maya.

  8. Just a friendly reminder, if you're using Blender to export to UE4 be sure to set your units set to metric and degrees (sorry muricans, gotta be this way for it to scale properly in UE4), turn your model's front to the X axis, have your scaling, rotation and locations applied and have your Forward direction be the +X axis and your Up direction be the +Z axis because Blender has a different coordinate system than UE4.

  9. Also, very important note.....

This is what the proportions, size and body of a terminator looks like. Just FYI.

    Extra Thicc.

  10. Well, before we start thinking about making terminators bE has to put them in the game, so... I really wouldn't worry about it yet.
