This is definitely the sort of thing that needs to make it into the shop. It's a great idea and people will undoubtedly pay cash for it. Would also make sense for sorcerers to be able to equip them, and therefore allow jump packs for their apothecary counterparts Imagine those for night lords with the glowing lightning effect or maybe chaosy runes. The possibilities are endless. Only Sanguinius had real wings. It was also unique to him only. It wasn't a feature of his gene-seed. The general fluff speculates that his wings were a result of exposure to the warp after being flung into space. I would definitely pay a ton of cash to get my hands on winged jump packs similar to that of the sanguinary guard or new BA chaplain mini as a lighter version. I prefer the guard wings, but they could be stepped. Maybe the bigger wings need some sort of achievement to unlock and buy.
Have to say, it would certainly be a nice cosmetic option, albeit possibly a costly one. I personally don't think they should completely replace jump packs but it definitely would help to visually differentiate loyalist and Chaotic groups.
Soo lets just pray to the chaos gods that we get some great looking Evilish wings some for RTP and some with in game progression
@Rathael That Blood Angels model is seriously badass! I'd be all for the wings so long as they were purely cosmetic. I wouldn't be averse to perhaps just the Sorcerer getting proper wings like the Swooping Hawks.
And it wouldn't even have to be a chaos cosmetic only idea. Orks could add jet wings to their packs like the jump pack hero in DoW retribution did. Eldar....bigger wings? And SM already had their options mentioned.
