I had a really hard time trying to read what you wrote and I'm not really sure i could get most of it but yeah, bad matches are bad, playing unpopular factions in an unpopular game must really suck. Right now we have two options: Make small fair matches for the unpopular factions and force most of the players in the popular ones to wait a lot or make big matches for the popular factions and force most of the unpopular factions' players to play unfair matches. And since the game must try really hard to keep whichever little playerbase it still have I think forcing most of said playerbase to wait a lot would be a bad idea.
