Given that the Orkoid species are old, very, very old (almost as old as us) and there is absolutely no indication that the Powers of the Warp have ever managed to corrupt them, I have to assume that they are simply incorruptible. Possibly quite literally, as in too simple to corrupt.

If you serve Chaos, their is a possibility to live forever. I mean FOREVER. Let me specify. Serve Chaos, and you have ETERNAL WAR. Never-ending "WAAAAAAGH!!" within the warp. If you love fighting so much, then this is a good deal. The mortal world isn't always going to have people to fight. Someday, everyone will be dead, and one Ork will stand on top a mountain of bones and say "I Win!". But then their would be no more fighting. In the Warp, you could have ETERNAL WAAAAAGH!!!!! You are mistaken, Orks have been corrupted both on purpose or by accident(worshipped a chaos artifact they thought was from G/Morks, or something) It's just that other Orks see chaos orks as unorky, and will fight them, and as there are more regular orks, the others usually get krumped. Usually, it's logical to assume there are Chaos Orks out there. Lorewise, it has happened, I think just old issues of White Dwarf mostly, but I believe that they weren't retconned.

Huh, I was entirely unaware of that. It'd be ...interesting if it was retconned as corrupted Orks are actually a retcon in and of themselves (they are explicitly immune in some very old stuff, probably largely prior to the divorcing of 40K and Fantasy where I believe they remain immune). I have to admit corruptable Orks do make more sense in the context of 40K, with it's different relationship between Reality and The Warp/The Realm of Chaos.
