Why Is The Payscale For Playing Eldar So Much Higher Than Sm Or Chaos?

    The Founder's packs have nothing to do with the races, they are just items and point bundles to spend on any race.

    Well, except the pioneer pack, but that is going away soon..

    I guess you got confused by the name "Xenos"-Pack, and the Eldarsymbol it has.
    It has actually nothing to do with Eldar. The Xenospack is basically exactly a captainspack with added point bundles.
