They're definitely one of the most interesting chapters to me. Lads are batshit crazy, from certain points of view even more than your fanatic templar or black raging angel, and they most definitely get things done.
Iron Hands really are one of my most favourite Chapters! I guess their lack of fandom (when ocmpared to others) comes from a generally poorly written lore. Clan Raukaan codex was quite bad and left an almost heretical vision of them, even though it was just about a single IH clan. Even then, they are a very interesting Chapter. They even remind me of the Dark Angels when it comes to their inner, secret dark secrets. Except in this case they did learn from their mistakes and are about to correct them. Plus I love their color scheme -black and silver looks very nice to me- and their Terminators. Will surely get an IH Terminator character on EC whenever it's available
I'm a fan of the Iron Hands. If they got added, I'd totally delete my Ork for one. I also like how 1d4chan calls them Scottish. I guess I just want to hear a Space Marine say "I cannae change the laws of the Omnissiah, Captain!", and the Iron Hands are the engineering-y ones.
