Actually, MKIII LSM armor is 10k as well.
And this is one of few eldar cosmetics you can use on all classes but warlock. To get most value out of RTC here, just buy bundle.

I can agree on eldar shoulders being overpriced AF here, together with shrines, however new pair of shoulders is closing in, matching heavy and light aspect armor cosmetics-still, 5k for piece....

It's almost as if the devs completely half assed almost every aspect of the Eldar while focusing on the other factions substantially more.

Have to admit as a chaos player elder cosmetics arnt worth the price in my opinion. They need to be reduced by a bit to help compete with other factions.they arnt too remarkable. But then again GW doesn't allow much customization
