No, it's poor phrasing. If you replaced "complete shit" with a less profane equivalent, it would be pretty accurate.
Seriously my condolences to those who forever reason can't run this game but..I run this on MAX EVERYTHING on my 970GTX potato no problems. Just be patient they'll get it worked out.
I gave my specs and problems in my initial post. I'm not going to repeat them for your sake. Yes, as I said, even those games had some issues when they released - Single-digit framerates, lag-teleporting, and constant lock-ups weren't among them. They did not make the games unplayable like this game's performance problems do. You said EVERY PvP game. I proved that wrong by citing several PvP games that had strong launches and minimal issues. Just because I wasn't able to list every other game that exists in that list doesn't make it any less true that THERE IS NO PROPER EXCUSE FOR RELEASING A BROKEN PRODUCT AND EXPECTING PEOPLE TO PAY FOR IT.
970GTX "potato"? You just listed a high-performance card from the second most recent generation of video cards available. Did you stick a top-end video card in an otherwise gakky system which you're calling a potato, or do you actually not understand that you have one of the top 10 video cards in existence that you spent over 400 dollars on when you bought it?
Every game has bugs. Every single damned game ever. That's my point, you chose to gloss over that...nobody cares about you proving you're "right" about anything. You didn't HAVE to pay for this, actually...you never did. If you're not confident about a game, wait until it's launched. If you don't like it when you play it, return it before two hours. If you buy a game way in advance and then don't like how it turned out, then stop buying things before they're done. Everyone here understands the issues, and there are issues...you add nothing to the conversation.
Overwatch? LOL, widowmaker was dumb as hell at release, capable of OHK bodyshots on a number of heros. CS:GO isn't balanced. A number of maps are so horrendously one sided that they essentially never win on T side, and anyone who manages to take a round on it wins the match. Also 64 tick servers. Sixty fuckin' four. Battlefield games are always rife with imbalance especially on release along with awful performance and tons of issues. I didn't touch R6: Siege(Isn't it inundated with hackers?), GTA:V is a joke for a pvp game, rocket league is fun, and each dark souls game always ends up with certain meta builds depending on level and its build around peer 2 peer which is shit. So if you're point is purely performance, you're right. The game need optimization and better refined netcode. Balance wise? Man your example kinda suck.
@TCOM-Charlie what have you tried to remedy your performance woes, you beautiful angry bastard? Because the first thing I'd do is make EC a higher priority in task manager. You might have tried that. Do your problems persist on lower graphical settings? Have you tried leaving everything high as you would normally have it but changing the shadow quality? All of these helped me, and my computer is dogshit.
Yes. Every game has bugs. Bugs come in various levels of influence and impact. Some are known as "Game-Breaking" bugs, and no title should ever go into full release while such bugs exist. You're trying to compare minor issues to serious game-impacting problems that will drive a product into the ground. Your attempts at trying to defend the problems with this game are laughable.
