Ehh sorry for the mislead, not really a MOBA, as it is Co-Op not PVP. The mechanics are very MOBA like. I think the game would benefit from having PVP. I'd love a well made Imperial Guard game which captures the utter hopelessness of the average Guardsman. Star Wars: Republic Commando, with Imperial Guardsmen vs. a Tyranid invasion. Squad based first person shooter with loads of atmosphere and grimdark.
A game that plays like The Witcher (great game btw, definitely worth checking out) but as the role of an inquisitor or something similar.

A Crytek FPS. They seem to be the only company to understand how to make a game feel like you're a damn super soldier with the original Crysis. Certainly more than most other companies. Other than that, maybe a Black Crusade RPG game made by Bethesda or Bioware, and preferably Bethesda.
Platinum Games handling the Eldar* equivalent of Space Marine. Especially if their influence is kept to the gameplay mechanics. *Craftworld or otherwise.
