If they made that, I would be a very, very, very happy man. It would even more so awesome is if they featured Titans like Experimental units in Supcom 1 except far more godlike. I would like that, or a Supreme Commander 40k (not like the second one). The scale is about right, all that is missing are actual foot soldiers.
Pretty much what these two said, though both games technically already exist as Pen and Paper games. A sequel to Space Marine is something I think many people want. Though Spiritually EC will sort of fill that gap in our souls I think.
Hmmn probably Valve. They write great storylines and have a wide range of skills. as long as there's no keys or crates involved, i'm looking at you dota2, tf2 and csgo
I would like to see some thing close to the RPG (rogue trader and the likes) books maybe or a black crusade pc semi tabletop style or something.
After the complete trainwreck that was Rome 2, I wouldn't like to see a 40k : Total War if i'm honest.

Well, Bioware DOES own the 40k: Space Marine license now, so maybe we will see another installment. It won't be related to the first Space Marine at all, I can tell you that. I remember reading an article about this, and that if Bioware made a Space Marine game, it would be about the Salamanders.
