Wasn't just Eldrad, it was his Seer Council too if i remember correctly? With multiple rerolled inv saves and psychic powers galore. If it was 1 vs 1 I would be backing Abaddon or Thraka, Eldrad and Marneus would be squished. In the end I think Abaddon would come out on top most of the time.
Even so, Grimnar teleported onto a GK Strike Cruiser and fucking executed a god damn Grey Knights Captain. Literally badass incarnate.
I think so but Abaddon would have brought his own entourage, so its a bit more complicated i think. (Don't recall who or what was backing Abaddon) but ultimately they ended up in a 1v1 (no clue as to how long)
In 1v1, Gazghkull Thrakka has it down. Anywhere else, it's kind of a wash - depends on circumstances. Calgar or Eldrad would be the victor from a FFA in my opinion, because they're smart enough to let whoever Gazghkull goes after duke it out. Abaddon would be the first to fall regardless of circumstance because he has no arms.
We all know the Tau would ignore these useless 1v1's and use thier overwatch ability (If they are ever released)
not really--abbadon is more powerful than people give credit for--and they keep the irrelevante no arms joke about his minature going in a conversation that has nothing to do with his miniature. and hes not a failure--read the thread and you will see that every crusade pretty much succeeded. he never wanted to take cadia.
Please, i'll just shoot them all to death. Besides, all Gaghzkull can do is close combat, he goes in shooty shooty and he's screwed.
