Post heresy it's likely a tie between Iron Warriors and the Word Bearers. Mostly due to the legions having retained a semi-coherent structure than the fragmented warbands others have become.

From all the traitor legions, i do have to say Thousand Sons are my favourite. Betrayed by those whom they stood loyal to, they have been tricked into the slavery of chaos. Mind boggingly sad story.
Thousand Sons have a very tragic history,but that s Why they are so mysterious. And i like the idea of an armor with anything in it,but With the power of the warp,you can have an army of automate!
Even tho I am loyalist, my favorite chaos legion is the Thousand Sons....kinda weird considering my avatar.
