For real, right??? I actually like him in the HH books, but I am sick of the Ultramarines in 40K. Of the founding chapters, they are my 2nd to least favorite.

As many of you have said already, there is no "best" Primarch. Each of them symbolizes but one aspect of the Emperor. No matter if they stood loyal to him, or fell to Chaos, each of them is part of his divine glory, and when the day comes he will arise from his throne and bring his purifying fire upon the very heart of darkness - and the hearts of is fallen sons. I'm drifting away though, in the means of the favourite primarch, my choice would fall upon Vulkan of course. The torch that carries the emperors light, the fire that fuels his heart, he symbols the emperors mercy - like fire that leaves nothing but ash, the chance for a new beginning.
