It'll be popcorn worthy, whichever way it goes. The twitch chat is gonna be pretty crazy. We'll all get a glimpse into just how delusional the devs are about the game's prognosis, if they are at all. So many people are pissed. The reviews have been terrible. At the same time, they could realize that things are in a critical state right now, and announce some really cool addition or even talk concretely about a future expansion. They should be desperate by now. Things are not looking good.
I don't care much about stream, but they told us we can be hyped up for the patch, so that's what I'll prepare my popcorn for.
Meh. I'll just play the game and be happy about every new feature they are working on. I don't care about "delusional devs" or angry people. They would just ruin my fun.
I for one, hope people see this thread for what it is, and let it sink into the void of forgetfulness without further notice. For your next couple of threads, i suggest trying to be constructive, or have an actual message, or perhaps some sound feedback! Give it a try
+1 I am happy with the game and it will only get better. I have faith in @BrentEllison and he will continue to bust his butt to make our game great. #BrentIsAwesome
Patch will be about 400mb and will consist of new ways to screw up melee balance. Might also contain nerfs to a weapon nobody complained about.
I can't wait to see what the secret stuff they've been working on is going to be! Other than that I'll look forward to finding out what the next patch is and when we might get it. Game is ace and only going to go one way for me!
Things I want to see: - Items being added to the game (we are expecting some appearance items IIRC from last twitch) - Balancing changes (apparently this will be an actual balancing pass, so the changes should be interesting) - More info on the Campaign system (please for god sakes talk about this as it is the only reason people are sticking around!) Anything else is a bonus. Hopefully they answer some good QnA questions too.
Twitches are far too long for what infos they are giving. Too much times wasted on Nathan trying to be funny... in my opinion usually failing. They are never answering "harder" questions. Persoanlly I would like to watch short 25 minutes stream where I could find clear informations about what they are working on. Things are not looking good - can`t agree more. I would be happy if we could get infos about what they plan to do to help it. I mean "larger scale"... things like campaigns and other huge changes... Can we hope for see larger battles without fps drops? I really don`t care much about new weapons or skins or heroes - think those will not make people that gave game negative reviews changing it.
