I am positive they will add Liberians eventually, so I voted Chaplains because they have unique role no other faction really has, besides Chaos. And even then its only one legion who does it. I would be very sad if they didn't have them.
They already said that the librerian will be a special classe. It will work like vehicules, you pay the price and you have one... until it die. Since their power can destroy armies, I think it's a good thing.
