The four announced chapters are: Space Wolves, Blood Angels, Dark Angels, and Ultra Smur... erm, I mean Ultramarines. Personally I will be Blood Angels because they are my favorite Chapter

I wish the Black Templars where a chapter you could choice they are all about Crusades but Space Wolves if the Black Templars aren't put in as a replacement for one personally I'd say swap out the UMs with the Black Templars cuz the UMs don't seem the kinda chapter that would be here be but what do I know I only got into 40k cuz of the Xbox360 game and personally was kinda put off by the UM you played in the story acted too human for my liking even tho that's what the UMs got going for them
I too would also like to have Black Templars. In the original mmo that was canned (Dark Millenium) Black Templars were the only Space Marine chapter planned to be playable. Which made sense since Black Templars have more than 1,000 battle brothers. I also don't see how Ultramarines would fit in this game unless the planet this game takes place in is around Maccrage. Um's only fight in their own space sector
The Wolves are my favorite, but I kinda expected to see them with a smaller player-base. I'm pretty shocked that the Ultramarines and Blood Angels are the less populated.
Can't stand Dark Angels and Ultrasmurfs, but Blood Angels and Space Wolves have some aspects I like, I hope Salamanders will be announced. I'll vote for Blood Angels for now.
