From what I've read with the announcements about this game going free 2 play, all the people who have bought it before (aside from the flying class) will get an extra free copy of the paid version of the game (unless I misread this). But I have not recieved mine.
If you have paid for the game, you will get another copy to trade or sell. If you don't have the flying/jumping classes you haven't brought the game so you won't get a free copy. Hope that makes sense?

Steam sends out free copies on bE behalf to owners who qualify. Steam does things slow, so we need to wait for them.

Nathan said it is going to be tradeable in market. But honestly how is copy of game going to be tradeable in steam community market?
Hohoho I made the mistake of posting this on the Steam Forum, I think I caught plague going back there, just a bunch of angry grots. I think he just meant Tradable without knowledge of the steam community market.
