well es u cna see iam a dark angels lover but i think that captian Gabrial Angelos is one of the most badass marines ever and that made me love the Blood ravens aswell thier color sheme is awesome the icon itself and the fact that this chapter got a brain-wash is importent aswell to know. Cause Blood Ravens were Traitors. now they are purified and with Gabriel as thier new Chapter Master they look into a glorious future

Canon or non canon, they are still my favorites, they were dear to the emperor himself but agents behind the inquisition deleted their records, no one and not even themselves know who they are and where they come from. Out of all mysteries behind the space marine chapters they are the greatest mystery. Still Blood Ravens deserve to be npcs in this game, because I would want no other player to be able to play them but myself muaha, and if I can't solo play the chapter, then no one else shall. They deserve to be the unique legends of Warhammer 40k.

They are a second founding chapter descending from the Word Bearers. Makes you wonder why they want to know their past.

They are not coming from World Eaters, but Thousand Sons it is said.

Likely they come from Thousand Sons both chapters show great interest in knowledge, before Horus heresy Thousand Sons color was red but that don't need to mean anything and many believe that Blood Ravens are some part of Thousand Sons who did not go to warp with the rest of the Legion when they were attacked by Space Wolfs

personally i would like to see Blood Raven chapter at some point in the game and Gabriel Angelos is so cool his diary in DOW is really good one of the interesting part in the story, and many people don't like Blood Raven but hey no one can love all the things.

I like the Blood Ravens but I also like to them stay out of canon stuff. The shit you find in DoW2 is ridiculous.


That's not only Custodes armor, it's Heresy armor that was worn during the final battle. The fact that the Blood Ravens kept this for themselves is borderline heresy to me. I don't even want to know how they got it.
