Melta bombs on Scorpions however would just end up making the fire dragons almost non essential. But I can see Krak like grenades on hawks if they want an alternative to Haywire.
This is a lot of word play but you need to expand on your point, what exactly about 1:1 comparison doesn't work? Team composition? It doesn't matter much, I saw a game today where someone playing exclusively apothecary got fifty kills, give that some power to self heal, bolter, rightclick strafe out of fire, and outperform a regular ranged marine to orks. That's all I advocated, I could try saying that the apoth needs to be nerfed down so it actually preforms as a support role instead of a direct combat unit like I saw today but that's not fair because I don't have the number crunches. So just copy paste it to ork doc and their counterparts. Easy fix.
