I truly think that the hypothesis of AL's original purpose was to ensure the survival of mankind, as the predecessor to the Inquisition & Grey knights during the great crusade. -Also I wouldn't be surprised if Alpharius is the Supreme Grand Master of the Grey Knights "Janus". Such a position would be ideal for Alpharius' operations, regardless of his intentions.
I like the Alpha Legion. I'm just worried that they are too similar to the Night Lords to both be in the game.
