But agree, one shouldn't give people hope for harlequins being added to the game (they are just too awesome to be playable ).

Harlequins aren't Fast Attack, at least not in the Table Top game o.o

Sadly so, but in the era of 40k, weapons are deadly and anyone can die in a second at the right moment (right moment for the opponent).
What matters is good strategies and competent leaders. Cunning helps too.
