I did, unfortunately. If your point was not directed towards a shift in development which resulted in disgruntled customers, then I apologize. The way that your post took off, however, makes it sem like you expected a complete Dark Millennium, which it never was and may never be. But the development team will try, as they have stated seceral times. Edit: on my phone. Not sure why it put cake.
I still can't follow this train of thought no matter how many times it comes up, those things didn't get abandoned, Nathan told us we would get them down the road as post launch expansions so if we started taking them up on the refunds how would we see these things any sooner ? If the money wasn't there or the tech wasn't there at the time how is pulling our money out of this project going to speed things along ? We backed the game we were promised way back when and then Nathan told us we wouldn't get those things at launch but that it could happen later on so I left my money with Behaviour in the hopes we would get what we paid for. Hell they have a ten year road map for crying out loud, if the game survives that long and we don't see those things we were promised then how are we anything other then lied to ? I honestly believe a big reason these reviews keep bringing up this whole "they lied" has a large part to do with the idea that based on what we're seeing from content at launch to reactions from the reviews and the player counts that the game simply won't last that long and we won't see anything that we were promised for when we backed the game and if and when that happens, I will feel cheated and lied to. And people don't have enough play time to back up these reviews ? There isn't more then two hours to this game in the first place, it's the same bare bones game play over and over what more do they need to stick around for, what are they missing ? Should they sink more time then that into the game when they are clearly not enjoying themselves for the sake of a justified review in your books ? And even if they are making outlandish negative reviews who really cares ? The bigger problem isn't that they aren't meeting your quota in regards to game time to post those reviews. The issue is that the game isn't meeting their expectations and are refunding the game. Bad reviews aren't anywhere near as concerning as them turning around and asking for their money back within two hours of play. Am I wrong here ?
